Fiancee went to this store today 7/23/17. Upon arrival there was a handmade sign on door stating they would be back at 4:30. Couple in front finally knocked on door for service. Lady came to door. Started to serve them. Then asked him while he was looking at phones " what did he want? Did he have a question?" Then began to tell him she wouldnt have time to help him because she was doing an actvation. THIS WAS ABOUT 30MINS prior close. WORST customer service. You cant turn someone down and not help them when they were there prior to close. It nots like he came in 5 mins til close. RUDE. Would not recommend anyone going here. Make the extra drive to charlottesville or culpeper!

I had a great experience with this location. The staff was attentive to my needs and went the extra mile. The manager, Julian(?), even assisted with moving my content from the old phone to the new one while Mike finished the rest of the process. They took the time to notice my plan was outdated and moved me to a better plan that saves me money and provides more data. Awesome overall experience!
