My first impressions of this store were favorable. Employees seemed knowledgeable and quick to help. However, it did make me feel awkward when I was forced to leave positive feedback for the store before they would allow me to leave. Employee actually reached over and took my phone out of my hand and said, "Feedback is important to us. Let me just pull it up for you really quick." When I said I was not comfortable being forced to leave feedback he said "Well its really important to us so if you could just leave it before you go we would appreciate it." They literally would not get out of my way to the door until I did. Insanity. Upon my first bill I realized I had been overcharged by $100 per month, above what rep Andrew Rose had promised me (notice his name listed in so many of these "positive" reviews-- he was the one who forced me to leave positive feedback for him, personally, before I could leave). When I returned to the store to iron out the bill I was told that this associate had been fired for dishonest sales and promising promotions that did not exist, to pad his commission. I have currently been fighting verizon for almost a month and a half, trying to get them to honor the price that I was quoted. It is not my fault, as the consumer, if I believe the associate and the price he quotes me. The manager Tito OKd the amount before I signed up, and now I am locked in to a bill of almost $300 a month and they refuse to let me out or honor the price I was quoted. Store supervisor Chris K. made an appointment to discuss my concerns, and then didnt bother to show up. When I finally got ahold of him and asked why he did not make the appointment, he laughed and said, "I am VERY busy. I dont think you realize how busy I am with 6 stores." No apology or explanation. No, Sir. I may not realize how "busy" you are with 6 stores, the same way as you do not realize how "busy" I, as a hardworking wife and mother, am, when I balance two small children, take the car to the garage, race back home, get everyone ready, and try to break my neck to keep an appointment that you cant even be bothered enough to attend. Perhaps I dont realize how "busy" you are, that you cant even give me a courtesy call to let me know you wont be there, before I wait 20 minutes and find it out the hard way. Maybe I dont realize how busy you are, that you cant even take a second to look into the conduct of your ex-employee and honor a promise he made to a 15+ year customer of Verizon. Maybe I dont understand how a person whose job is supposed to be customer service can be so cold and unfeeling that I am left in tears when I exit the store, because of the bullying and dishonesty of both you and your staff. But one thing I know for sure: integrity is timeless, and if I cannot trust your word, then I cannot trust your company. Your shameful lack of professionalism and concern, as well as the complete disregard for honoring the promises made to your customers, has left a sickening taste of fraud and dishonesty in my mouth. I miss the days when a mans word meant something-- when his character was honest and a man in a position of leadership could be trusted to honor his word and make things right. Apparently, given your example, those virtues have ceased to exist in the Locust Grove, VA Verizon Wireless store. When reps have taken to bullying women and children, and lying to them to make their sales goals, something has gone terribly wrong. It is my hope never to have to visit this location again. And I urge others to see other Verizon locations, as well. Save yourself the heartache and hassle of dishonest promises and employees who forget your name the second you sign for the purchase. Save yourself the blood, sweat, and tears that I have been through, and just go somewhere else.

WOW! AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Ive been to a number of Verizon stores. My last visit to one in Northern VA was a full hour wait. The staff at the Germanna Hwy location was the most courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, respectful etc. You name it Tito is great helping you get the most out of your phone, and understanding the nuances of all it can do for you. Most patient in explaining all the questions I asked. His accessories knowledge is super too. It was evident he wants people to have a good customer experience and mine was GREAT! I highly recommend this Verizon outlet as was said in previous reviews they have a great inventory. Just drop in for a visit and if you have a gift need, consider iPhone or Droid accessories. Kudos to the staff and manager; you will not be disappointed.

Wow. This place is so horribly unprofessional...borderline criminal! I see that the manager and sales people have fraudulently plugged themselves to boost their review rating, but take heed: these people are dirty dealers! They are not honest or upfront and tried to "cold sale" my dad (Joseph Zuks terminology--he is the manager FYI) and harassed him for returning a phone that they new was going to be returned. Very unprofessional and predatory practices against a senior citizen! Shameful. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with the Verizon Store in Locust Grove, VA. In particular, the Verizon rep, Andrew Rose was very helpful in dealing with two problem phones and the account associated with them. I was made to feel very welcome and that I was being treated as a valued customer. In the end, the problems were fixed completely and my account was in perfect condition. I think Andrews competence and knowledge made a complex problem simple and I was completely satisfied.

Just got my new phone from Lake of the woods verizon store. Had the best experience, Andrew was very patient with me, took time to explain everything to me and, made sure I understood. His co -worker helped in the process as well, great teamwork. While Andrew worked on getting my phone ready the other young man helped me understand some apps. If you need a phone please go to LOW verizon and tell them Jackie sent you. Thank you for your great customer service, above and beyond

This place is AWESOME the other reviews had me worried however none of them work there anymore. Andrew helped me take full advantage of what Im paying monthly, brought my bill down while still giving me a tablet and mobile WIFI !. I hate going to any of the stores near Central and Andrew made this store worth the travel. Ask for Andrew he also does Home Services, I am now a FIOS user as well

I have been a customer of Verizon for 14 years and recently moved to the area. There was a issue with my phone and I found this store. Let me just say that Donald and Andrew were very curtious and informative of the current plans. They did not pressure me into anything and actually helped me to save money on my plan! I highly recommend this store for all verizon customers!

Probably one of the best experiences at a Verizon store. Andrew Rose was the man that got everything we needed done, no fuss, no muss. Great conversation as I waited for my mom to get to the store to continue with the phone upgrade. He answered all my questions about the newest phones and helped me decide which phone was best for me. Moto Z Force for the win! Thanks Andrew!
