Great prices, really affordable! I went in with a cracked screen, was told it would take 30 minutes but finished within 15 while they were dealing with other customers as well. Nice environment, was able to sit in comfy chairs while watching a movie while I waited. I was also offered a discount on a tempered glass screen protector to go with the phone repair along with another discount for a phone case. They even put the protecter on for me with no extra charge. Every worker is so friendly! Only negative is that my home button is a little loose and makes a noise when slightly touched but its no big deal! Great experience

I spent hours trying to get my phone to work and was just about to give up, but I decided to give these guys a try. 5 minutes. Thats the time it took for them to fix my phone. Dont be dumb like me, go here first. They are super nice and very knowledgeable. Also, if you dont already know about it, and you own a verizon phone, I would highly recommend the pageplus service too- so much cheaper, same coverage and no contract. These guys can get it all set it up for you. They also had a nice selection of phones for sale, so the next time I need a new (used) phone Im checking here first. Great place!

I just happened to walk by this place and since my screen was broken I decided to stop by. They charged me $96 to replace the screen on my S5 after taxes (which isnt bad) . I live like 2 hrs away from Wilmington and within 2 days of getting my screen replaced the button on the bottom stop working or works whenever they want AND there is a small place on the screen that isnt even glued correctly. I wish I would have noticed before I left. I would not take my phone here ever again! $96 isnt much compare to prices at other places but its not pocket change either.

Repair was done with crappy parts. Screen replacement started coming off phone a few weeks after repair. Didnt notice for a while because it was inside case, when I did notice play on the screen through the case, I pushed it down to see if it would come flush with device and screen started malfunctioning. Asked for warranty and they told me that was not covered and that all they could do was offer me a discount.....guess what the discount was??? 10% off on a new screen for an iphone 6!!! they just lost a customer for sure an any referrals from me.

Sam is the best in town. Sam (the owner, a very stand up guy) will do anything to get your tech back to almost new. I feel like I have a brand new phone after all its been through and you wouldnt know my phone was broken and not working at one point. Good prices and works thoroughly and as quick as he can (pretty speedy - about an hour) for a screen replacement. Definitely would recommend again and again. He does many other things like buying phones back too and gives you the best price on the market. Thanks Sam!

I am writing this review on the new screen they installed a couple hours ago on my 6s plus. My screen has been cracked for months. Finally the screen developed white lines and then a week after blacked on me. I called around and found these guys to have the best customer service and prices. They had a new complete screen in my phone in 15 minutes and checked to make sure all was working perfectly! I would definitely recommend these guys and will continue to do business with them again. I received great services from these guys and theyre prices were the best in town! I came in 20 minutes before closing and they still were able to fix my iPhone screen. I loved the services so much I also purchased an additional glass screen protecter and case, which they installed for me as well! Wow, this place is great! The staff was very courteous and fast. My daughter dropped her iphone 6s and cracked the screen and lines appeared on the screen as well. They fixed it in under 30 minutes, and gave us a great price on a screen protector and case. If this ever happens again, we will diffidently be coming back!!! Thanks!!

$99 for glass replacement, first time the tech messed up a little bit and I didnt realize it til later. Went back and they fixed it straightaway with no proof whatsoever that Id ever been there. Thats what I call customer service!
