And you thought Verizons customer service was bad? This is horrible!!! We bought a phone in March 2017 and our bill has been messed up ever since!!! The man in the store knew us by name because of the amount of times and number of problems we have. They offered us 5 phones @ 4 lines at $40 each and 5th free. Also, they are charging us for 2 phones we brought to the plan!!! Our first bill was over $1000!!! They also said they would pay off our Verizon phones. They still havent done that!! Ive called them and they say go into the store. I go into the store and they say we cant do this in the store... Well who can???
