3 Verizon stores and 1 phone call to corporate in 3 days. This store was the 3rd store I visited and it was awesome! Unlike the other 2 stores, I didnt get attacked or tackled by a crazy, rude & unhelpful rep as soon as I stepped one foot in the door. When I told her what I did want and didnt want, she actually listened and did not pressure me into anything else. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding..... I can go on & on, but wont. Correct me if Im wrong, her name was Tristen, shes the manager there & her coworker was just as equally awesome! And the $10 off coupon on Yelp helped save me some money! I highly recommend that store over any other locally!!

We moved to Lake Anna in November of 2014 and every time that I have gone to this store, which is many, I have been pleased with the service and even if there are other customers waiting, they take the time to take care of your issue promptly and without making you feel rushed out the door.

Walked in and basically got little help. Every question was answered with I dont know. Very disappointed. Now the phone service and the customer service are both bad. Think I will switch to AT&T.
