I break the screen on my phone every couple of months. I have been to almost every phone repair shop in town and have had some awful experiences with shady companies. Quikfix Phone Repair has provided by far the best customer service I have experienced. I went in on my lunch break and they fixed it for me in 25/30 minutes compared to all the other places which took 1-2 hours. The screen was a great quality, I didnt have any issues with dead spots and no corners were popping up. The best part is that they price match any other place in town so instead of going to anymore cheap repair shops and getting low quality screens I can go get high quality screens for the same price! I will definitely be using them from now on for all my repairs. Thank you for your help Quikfix!!

Horrible horrible! STAY AWAY!!! They charged me to repair my phone glass, two weeks later its coming off. I asked them to repair and they said they cant staying the body is bent. I asked for a refund since they charged me for a repair they cant do, they refused, then threatened to sue me if I leave a bad review!!!! If they knew they couldnt fix it then they shouldnt have done the repair and charged me. Furthermore when the repair was done they stated they have a guaranty on their work for 30 days and today they said thats not true. They talked down to me, broke a promise, did work they arent qualified for and wont refund my money.

Came in with a water damaged phone. I delt with Avery, and asked him what the odds of being able to recover the data from the phone. He said they could run a 40$ diagnostic, but shot straight with me. He let me know the odds of being able to recover my data given the circumstances was very low and stated he didnt want to charge me the 40$ in vein. The professionalism exhibited by Avery was top tier, I will be returning should I ever need a phone repair in the future. Bottom line, clean looking business with good ethical staff.

My phone broke for the 5th time while on vacation with my children. Obviously it was necessary to have it repaired. I had previously take to another store in Raleigh so I expected the same expensive service with shotty work. QuikFix was the complete opposite REASONABLE PRICES, SPEEDY REPAIR & ISSUE RESOLVED. Best part is I am excited they have a location in my hometown. Thanks again to the staff who exemplified what customer service should be !!!

Called to get my iPad cracked screen fixed, and they told me it would be $150. I told them you can buy iPad 3s on ebay right now in almost new condition for $100. Why would I pay $50 more just for the glass to be fixed? He went on some long winded explanation of how its really hard and takes them hours to do. Hello? I can buy a new one for $100! What part of that dont they understand? Who would pay that for a 10x12 " piece of glass??!?

Gave them a call 45 minutes before closing and asked that if I was there in 15 minutes if they could fix my shattered iPhone six screen. With confidence he said yes I brought it in and was out 10 minutes before closing. Extremely high quality work and glass. About 10$ more expensive than the "other guy" and I c ant guarantee that wait time seeing as nobody was in front of me, but nonetheless 10/10. you get what you pay for.

I called at 6:00pm on 5-4-17, and the nice gentleman, advised me that i probably need a new battery for my Iphone5, and said if i could get there by 6:45 he would gladly replace it. We arrived around 6:30, and he checked my phone and said it only needed to be reset, he did it and saved me a battery installation! You cant get better customer than this!! I am a current customer.

I brought in my iPhone 6 and was told 150 and the screen broke a week later without it even being dropped and they refused to fix it. I was also told it would take 30 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours maybe a little more. I would definitely not recommend them to my worst enemy. I cannot fathom how these guys are still in business! Very shady, avoid at all costs!!!!!

I just had my iPhone 7 plus serviced. The service took less then 15mins. I had a problem with my iPhone charging, the gentleman cleaned the phone, then showed me what was causing the problem, then proved that the iPhone was charging properly. I use a incipio case and he recommended a otterbox commuter but did pressure me to buy. This was on a SUNDAY! Best service possible

Payed $100 for a screen repair, it didnt feel as if the glass was secured to the phone quite right but I live in Raleigh so I decided to check in with them next time I was in town....didnt make it that long. It barely tapped my kitchen table and cracked immediately. They wont cover damage though, even though it happened while in its iPhone case. Waste of $100

Quick and friendly service. They took the time to examine the iphone and verified all functions were working before proceeding with replacing the damaged screen. They took the time to explain what they would do and also the warranty of their work. Very quick turnaround. Great place to get an iphone repaired!

I asked for a quote and I felt it was high so all I said to the employee was that I was hoping to find a lower price, then a dude yelled out from the back "Go find it." Well I did and even got it back faster than their quote of 45 minutes. If thats how you treat potential customers then I wont be back.

There was a possibility of tearing in my home button. If there was any tearing they said they would call me to ask if I wanted my phone to be repaired anyway. ( As if there was tearing and it was repaired I would loose access to my button) I received no call and they broke my home button.

Not only are the prices better here than anywhere else in town (I checked) but the ambiance and customer service at this particular location far outmatch any of the other cell phone repair shops Ive been to. Only waited 20 minutes and they had me on my way!! Two thumbs up!
