i went about my phone screen being cracked with an otter box and tempered glass screen protector. the welcome lady was not very nice which ruined my whole experience she basically talked to me like I was five saying that it wasnt going to always guarantee no damage. Which I understood because nothing is 100% guaranteed, but the way she talked to me, really bothered me. i almost never get an attitude with people working with the public because i was a cashier and can understand why working with the public can be trying, but i really had to bite my tongue with this one. she told me to basically leave because theres nothing no one else could say that would be different. When I told her that I wanted to be checked in and wait she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. the gentleman that helped me after i waited was very helpful, nice, and understanding. he gave me the best advice on what to do about my screen other than fixing it. but the welcome/check in lady Aleisha ruined my whole experience.

The customer service and all the reps are horrible. They wont answer a simple question before you put your name on the list to wait over an hour to talk to someone just to find out they cant help you. I called verizon corporate office and they helped me instantly and actually called the store and told them they were wrong and when I went back in they treated me like I was a king because corporate had called them. The manager is not knowledgeable about any of their policy and the whole store is a waste of time. But then again the Mayfaire store isnt any better. If they didnt have the best phone service I would leave them in a heart beat because the customer service sucks.

My wife and I went to this store to get new service. We got lied to about the phones. We were not mentioned about the hidden fees. The customer service was horrible. The team leader of the store (his name is John ) discriminated against my wife when she tried to explain the situation. They dont even carry all the verizon phones and they try to get you on phones that you dont even want. This is a retail store and they can pretty much treat customers like crap and get a way with it. Avoid the hassle with these stores and go to an actual verizon store.

Okay consumers... Lets say what we mean and mean what we say! Verizon is all about capital gain... And it goes a little something like this... Hi Im Verizon customer service... And you are who?Customer who? Did you buy a phone? Yes....Well then, weve nothing to talk about. Youre not happy? Go to the end of the line...Keep walking youll eventually get there! I feel a boycott coming on.

The overall experience with this store is good. I have gone in on countless occasions and had no problems. I went in today to get a bill reprint and was told I would have to pay 15.00. As a recent former employee I know the fee is 5.00. I called customer service and got the bill sent out for the 5.00 and was advised that there is no 15.00 charge at corporate stores.

When Ive had to go into a Verizon store( I avoid actually going into an actual Verizon store if at all possible) this is the one Ive had the most success with and help from in Wilmington. I love Verizon service, but I think ALL customer service for cell phone carriers sucks in general. This location has the shortest wait times and the least pushy or rude staff.

Everyone who works at this location hates their job and it shows. Ive used this location often because it was close to my shop. Its horrible. Staff is rude, you wait forever to be helped, and they offten push you off to Verizons Customer Care. I now go to another Verizon store on the advice of a local Verizon Customer Care rep.

Grumpy staff (especially the terrible check in woman) who were unwilling to help did not make it a good experience. Place was clean, environment was good and it was just your typical phone store but it can be busy and watch out for grumpy staff, they are not willing to help you leave Verizon in any way.
