My experience was fantastic. The wait was not bad and the service was well above par. Ricky helped us and was very technologically informed. Going in, I had all researched their contract buyout program, but I still had a few questions. Most of these questions were answered by chatting online with a T Mobile rep. My gf was interested in the S6 Edge and Ricky steered her away from the Edge, and toward the LGG4. The camera is way way better on the G4, plus she gets removable battery and micro SD capabilities. Ricky spent almost 3 hours with us explaining and answering questions regarding the switch we were making form Verizon to T Mobile. On Verizon, we shared two lines, 10gb, and unlimited text and talk, with an employer discount of 22%, we were paying close to $200. Now we have a new Note 4 and LG G4 with unlimited everything for $174. And I now have full "BARS" in places where I did not before with Verizon. I have a Verizon work phone, and I constantly do speed tests comparing the T Mobile phone and the Verizon phone. T Mobile beats Verizon every, single, time. I was not expecting this at all. Overall I am very pleased that we made the switch. I am still waiting for my final bill from Verizon. Once I receive it, I take it to T Mobile and they pay it off. If this goes smoothly, I will recommend to all my friends and family to switch. Thanks T Mobile :)

This phone co. is a SCAM. Signed up in Jan. NOTHING but misinformtion, lies and more money down the drain. Got 4 phones in January 2016. Returned 2 the same day - wrong phones. Just got email saying they still cant find the phones in the warehouse. Funny, I was told last week they "received" the phones 3/11/16 and I would get a credit for paying on the phones since January. Yet, no credit. I ordered insurance on all phones. One phone broke - manufacturers defect. I take phone to TMobile. They dont tell me how much to fix. I call today to pick up replacement that was sent overnight. On phone I am told cost is $5.35. Get to store and told to pay $20.00. I ask why. I am told insurance was just added to phones and it has to be in place for a while before a claim can be paid. What??? Who added insurance just recently - I didnt. I thought I was paying all along! Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointed in most of the staff. I had to go here several times and only two staff members ever truly helped. On the other had two staff members literally refused to be helpful at all. I was told they dont do help customers unlock phones. I had to ask for a supervisor the second time I went back before someone helped me get it done. This seems to be on par for the general customer service I have received from T-mobile. I would definitely suggest Verizon for better customer service and better reception in this area.

I was with t mobile for 9 years and never got good service anywhere. I called customer sevice a few time and they told me I could get out of the contact with out any early termination charges. SO i have switch to verizon and now have great service EVERYWHERE but t mobile has sent me a bill for 1100.00 from a collections agency that trys to bully me into paying the full amount or filing it toward my credit. I would never get another phone from there again.

Great coverage, terrific customer service, phenomenal price! After10 expensive years with ATT and an extensive comparison between carriers we were hesitant to make the move to T-Mobile. It has been an excellent choice! The folks at the store are courteous, and genuinely interested in providing great and expedient service. The CS on the phone are also fantastic. We are pleased pleased pleased!

I hate T mobile, Service horrible!!!! Everywhere...... landfall 90% no service, even on Collage rd some places no signal, Myrtle Grove Rd. Masonboro Loop..... wifi calling dropping on all phones even with new router, Never again!!! I have with them two - Note 2 and galaxy 4!!!! Horrible service..... dont expect services work in Harris Teeter or Food Lion. Leand area no Internet!!!!

The staff is usually nice and as helpful as they can be. But the coverage and corporate customer service seem to go downhill everyday. Now they no longer offer loner phones during repair - even if you have insurance. I guess you arent supposed to worry about receiving or making phone calls during this time. Time to move over to Verizon...

the service is o.k., and they do offer great deals. but sometimes the people there can be a little snoody, so be careful. and this number is not correct, so dont waste your time trying to call it.

Horrible service and lots of smoke and mirrors. Once they have your money get ready to hear Im sorry alot and walk out unsatisfied but still gotta pay the bill. And the wait times are rediculous.
