My experience at this store is worse than any store Ive ever been to. I went in because my phone would not work properly with my bluetooth. Manager did not even look at phone. She said she could have me in a new phone for $9.00 additional per month. Then she talked me into better phone, but said it would only be $14.00 additional per month. When I got bill, I still had old phone charge on account, which she had switched over to home and charged me transfer fees. Therefore, I now have 2 device payments for 1 phone... which I would have NEVER done. My bill increases $33. Also she said she could send me home with a new hot spot at absolutely no charge. I told her my old one worked fine. However, she said that they recommended their customers use the latest model. I did get charged PLUS she signed me up for a 2 year contract. I was in a huge hurry that day.. she knew it... and she held the contract over on the outside of the counter for me to sign....it wasnt even on a flat surface. I called her a week later to talk to her about this and she told me she was no longer allowed to pull up customers accounts on her screen due to security reasons...but Id have to come in. I called her on this one. This girl has lied over and over. When I finally made contact, she said she had to research. I have not heard back. I can barely get online with new hotspot and I cant keep a call at my house with my new phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about the behavior of Verizons store manager.

Horrible Service. Went in with a dead phone, was told you can purchase new one for 800.00, why when I have insurance would I do this. She then said I have one for 599.00. She then suggested I call customer service and she what they could do. Great but my phone is dead... Go all the way back home and surprise the number she gave does not work. Called back and she laughed and said I have so many numbers I am sorry. Guess what customer service said why couldnt they help you, you do have insurance, the phone is free, all they needed to do was get you a new phone and pull all of your stuff over from the old phone through the verizon app. Instead I am losing a lot of work time. Training issue?

Was sold an IPhone 7 Lifeproof phone case for an IPhone 6. Employee assured me that it was compatible, it is not. In the process of opening, the packaging was damaged. They will not refund or even exchange due to the damaged packaging. Update Got refund later that day, after calling corporate office

Great experience! I had previously gone to another location (that was closer to my home) for some help however wasnt satisfied nor got any real answers. I had a buddy of mine who told me about this new place and decided to give it try instead. So glad I did! Will definitely recommend! Thanks again!!
