Had a great experience at the store. The store rep was helpful and kind. I went in and specifically said "I have an upgrade and would like to get the Galaxy S5." I later mentioned that I had a friend who also had the S5 through AT&T and that he was making monthly payments on the phone rather than paying the upgrade price in full at the store. I asked if I could do that and the rep said yes. NEVER ONCE was AT&T Next mentioned. I have never even heard of it because I dont have cable at my house. Even when I signed the paperwork it was never explained to me that I would be forfeiting my contract with AT&T and that I would be paying for the phone in full over the next 2 years. I had no idea that any of this had happened until I got my bill a month later, so I called to see if I could fix it, but of course I cant because I had no idea what happened and I got my bill over 14 days after I got my new phone, and 14 days is the the time limit on cancelling the AT&T Next. As soon as I can I will be ending my professional relationship with AT&T. You can not just sign people up for something without explaining it IN FULL, especially when they specifically say several times during the meeting that they want to use their upgrade in their existing contract, not sign up for AT&T Next.I realize that you want people to use your new service, but shoving it down their throats is pretty bad business practice. Im giving you one star because Google wont let me post this review without at least giving you one, but your company and the Jefferson Road store certainly does not even deserve that.

I am very unhappy with AT&T. I dealt with Verizon for over 10 years with no issues. My reason for writing this review is not about AT&T, but about the two very nice reps, Tony and Amalia, who helped me with a question I had about using my iPhone in Europe. They remained very professional as I described my frustration in general with AT&T. They explained how I could use my phone aboard a ship. Most of the reps in this store are very nice, but some try to push selling their security system instead of helping with your problem. Thank you. Barb Simmons

One hell of a customer service they provide! All the sales reps KNOW their stuff unlike the Marketplace Mall store. The best person to help you out at the store is the Manager. He knows how to get things done and he WILL make sure you leave the store "satisfied". Dont bother talking to other sales reps in the store, in a few cases youd be wasting your time. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this store instead of the Marketplace Mall store.

Though it was only Monday, 06/20/2016, I walked in to pay my bill and there was only three employees on the floor and they were all just chatting with the customers not even working just chatting. They refused to acknowledge any other customers and it took an hour longer than it shouldve. Whos the district manager there?

Bought a Sim card and instead of Swapping it for me they bushed me off and told me to call Customer Service. I walked into a T-Mobile store and the guy was nice enough to call AT&T and do it for me. Lazy employees at this Store!!!

Stay Away! Deceived!!! Salesperson said I would get $5 off per month if I set up autopay. She conveniently neglected to tell us that this discount does not apply to our phone plan. Classic Bait and Switch! Dont trust them.
