Lets start from the beginning. I washed my phone in my jeans and ruined my cell phone. I found out that Bulldog Federal Credit Union offered an extended warranty from MasterCard if I paid my bill with my MasterCard. After applying for this service, I was told I needed a service professional to give me an itemized receipt of the damages. Knowing that the nearest Apple store was Tysons Corner I decided to call a local business to get this done faster. I called Jeremy and he told me to come over and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, there was a little old lady standing in his shop. She was just leaving as I walked to the counter. After she left he proceeded to verbally trash this woman telling me that she smelled so bad, and he couldnt wait till she left his store. I ignored his comments, and proceeded with our transaction. I told Jeremy that I didnt have the typical extended warranty, and that this was through MasterCard. Jeremy then opened my cell phone by removing 2 screws. Looking at it, and confirming that it was bad. Facts that I already knew. I told him I only needed a service slip showing that the phone was bad. He quickly rang me up for $69.99. Yes $69.99 for 10 minutes. I got a little worried and again told Jeremy that this wasnt the typical insurance. He assured me that "he had worked with them all" I would be reimbursed the $69.99." Taking him at his word I reluctantly paid him the $69.99. Since then the claim was filed, and I never received a reimbursement for the $69.99, which would have been free through Apple. I contacted Jeremy and tried to get a refund for the $69.99, or at least I thought he would work with me on this. But no, his reply was "Sorry never got an email. Insurance claim quotes are non refundable. The insurance company usually reimburses you but ultimately its up to you to make sure they do." The problem is, I did call the insurance company and they said, the extended warranty they offer only covers the phone. No other fees. Also, he never explained to me that the charge was non refundable, and his digital receipt doesnt tell his customers that either. Bottom line. Jeremy didnt do much of anything. He opened my phone taking 2 screws out, and took 2 pictures. The process took all of about 10 minutes. Do you think that is worth $69.99?

Ive attempted to go here twice to have work done on my phones and both times I was turned down. The first because the phone was "too cheap to fix" (I was trying to resell it). The second time, this week was when I called for a diagnosis and to see if I could arrange a fix on my iPhone. He said it was a known issue and to call apple. I ended up taking my business 45 minutes away and finding a shop that fixed it within 2 hours. While Id like to shop local, hes forced my business to go elsewhere. Im just a little confused about why he doesnt want paying customers.

Jeremy does excellent work at a fair rate. His knowledge on the vast array of mobile devices on the market today is beyond impressive. I took my iPhone 6s in & he said ok this is the problem, this is the fix & price. A few hours later it was ready for pick up. The device looks & functions as if it were brand new. Unlike the major phone companies "service" he is there to fix your device not sell a new one. Lifeline Rescue is truly an asset to Hagerstown!

I took my iPad Air in with a shattered screen. An hour and 20 min. later it was again in one piece. The quoted price was the price I paid. I brought a second iPad in with what I thought was a battery issue. He looked at and said no it not the battery this is a bad app. He didnt charge me for the 2nd iPad. This guy is straight with you and tells you like it is. I will definitely use this business again if the need arises!

Hands down the best & only place Ill ever take my devices. Jeremy uses only original parts for repairs & he gives free diagnostics. He wont BS around, he fixes what needs fixed & thats it.
