The people at this store have managed to mess up every time I have visited them with different issues. First time, it was with my gfs phone. Instead of giving her 64 GB phone, they handed out 32 GB phone and when we went back to complain, they had the gaul to ask for restocking fee. On top of that, they managed to mess up her plan as well. Most recently, I bought Samsung Gear 2 watch from them. I returned the watch because I did not like it within a couple of days. The rep was very prompt at charging me the restocking fee but did not take out the watch from the monthly plan. On top of that, she charged me early disconnection fee and activation fee at the same time! This store has the most incompetent people Ive ever come across and they are pretty shameless about it as well. I only went to this store because of convenience but from now on, I would be traveling half an hour away to the neighboring town to get anything done. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I gave them one star here because this is the lowest you can give. If I could, I would even take out this one star.

We visited the store on Thursday. We did not get the answers from the associate. As we were leaving, the manager on duty said she would call us in a few minutes. It is now Saturday and still no contact. I called the store, spoke with Justin, he promised me he would have her call me in 45 minutes. Five hours later still no call. So I called the store again, and am on hold for 45 minutes and counting.

Customer service is horrible! They say you have to sign in with the person at the front.... There was no person there but I watched numerous people come in after me and get helped before me... First time and last time!

Just know this place is always packed just like every other Verizon store in the world. Average service and product options, just out aside at least an hr for just getting to talk to someone.
