Service is absolutely horrible. Sales rep. Dont kniw what they are talking about half of the time. Sales Rep didnt do what I asked and didnt say he wasnt going ti do it, now I am on a payment agreement for two phone, one not even being connected. Verizon Corporate wont help because they are a retailer not a corporate store. Dont waste your time...go to the corporate store just a few blocks away.
