I just went in with my boyfriend to upgrade his cellphone. He picked out his phone and Cory Schriver came over to do the activation and everything. He asked my boyfriend if he needed to have anything moved over from his old phone, bf answered just my contacts. Cory moved the contacts over, which probably took a total of 60 seconds to do. While we were walking out I noticed he was charged a 35.00 programming and set up fee. Nothing was ever mentioned about getting charged a fee to have contacts moved over. My boyfriend also paid the taxes on the phone and bought some accessories so he didnt notice the charge until I looked at the invoice. Very sneaky to slide some bullshit charge like that in there.

I went into Waynesboro looking to switch from Sprint. I was greeted by Kyle lane at the door, he sat me down, broke down the new plans and explained device payment! I was going to buy but he did such a great job I decided to do it that day! I highly recommend Cellular Sales of Waynesboro and Kyle, he will be getting referrals for sure!
