Horrible. When I first join Cricket, the hagerstown store was great with customer service. Now, its terrible. The young female Yachtna (spelling?) is beyond rude and has an attitude of indifference. She literally offers no assistance. Bluffs her way through questions, with ridiculous answers. She flirts with male staff, will laugh in your face and tell you to get out of HER store, if you dont accept her poor service. She literally tossed my phone back at me & cracked my screen. I contacted corporate office & reported. Dropped my service. For the remainder of the month my service has been upgraded to unlimited everything, free of charge & phone unlocked. Requested has been sent in for phone to be repaired by Cricket. I was told that the cost would be $75. No way am I paying that when their employee caused the damaged. Waiting to hear back. If not, I will take the employee to small claims. This phone was practically brand new. Purchased 2 months ago!

Iam so pleased with the fantastic service I received when I entered the store. The gentleman, that greated us, his name was Kevin. I was with a friend.After he helped my friend, i was so pleased how polite he was. At that point I ask him about a plan. Well put it this way. I didnt have any plans to get s phone.But I walked out with one. Kevin sure knows his job. I have had to call him a few time for help with my phone. WOW he was just as polite on the phone as he was in person. He fixed my problem on the phone.That made me feel so good, not having to make a trip to Hagerstown. So I am gonna say Cricket needs more people like him. He sure knows his job and also very polite.

I love the staff at the local Cricket store in Hagerstown, Maryland. there customer service skills are phenomenal. If you have any concerns or complaints please do not hesitate to go into the local store. Never try to get anything resolved through 611. The staff that mans the 611 calls are a bunch of idiots especially the guy they call Kevin. His customer service skills suck!!!! He said Im on a recorded line I really hope so his ass needs to be fired!!!!!!
