We went here because we were not getting anywhere with our AT&T store in LaVale MD. Dave and Nikki took wonderful care of us, the first time we were here Ashleys phone wouldnt work kept shutting off every time she touched it. And they figured out a glitch with the phone. They took the time to figure it out we were here for a few hours the staff were wonderful very nice. So we went back 2 weeks later 4/21/17 to upgrade to the 8 and they were still very nice and remembered us. While waiting I observed the other staff being very nice and helpful to the other customers. Even the Samsung Rep was explaining the 8 to us while we were waiting for Dave to finish up with the customers he had. Very pleased with this AT&T will definitely travel the hour and fifteen minutes to go here. Keep up the good work guys

Went here after visiting an AT&T authorized retailer. This was a much better experience. The dude that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to me instead of disregarding my input (as was the case at the authorized retailer). Highly recommended!

AT&T customer service is horrible, but the people at this place know their stuff. All of the staff are great. I cant fault this location at all.
