I am upset with the quality of customer service that I received yesterday at this location. I walked in to be checked in by the manager. He asked what I was looking to do. I described to him that I wanted to get off of an existing plan and on to a new plan. I am authorized on the existing plan. He asked if the plan holder had called in to release my number from the existing account. I stated that he had not because I was attempting to do it as a surprise but if I needed him to I could call to have him do that. He tells me that I am all checked in and someone would be with me shortly. I am 7th on the walk in list so I knew it might be some time. When a sales guy comes up to me about 45 minutes later, he asks what I was there for and I explained the same situation that I had to the manager. No more or no less details. The sales guy tells me that theres nothing they can do. I offered to call the existing account holder right then to move forward and still no. He said customer service could only help me. He didnt even open my account to look at it. He didnt offer any other options for me. I could have started a new plan with a new number and then had the existing account holder call later or had the account holder call customer service at that time but no other options were given besides to leave and he wouldnt help me. I am not solely upset that the action couldnt be performed at that visit because with any business there are procedures, however there should have been other options. I am more upset that either the manager doesnt know what he is doing and he knowingly let me sit there for 45 minutes wasting my time or the sales guy isnt trained properly and lost a sale and my future business at that store.

Anyone who leaves a bad review about this AT&T is ignorant. I dont mean stupid, I mean ignorant. Their customer service here is excellent. Travis in particular set me up with a new phone, showed me accessories he preferred that I might also but never felt pressured into buying anything extra. He had my best interest in mind and kept the price of my plan almost exactly the same while upgrading my iPhone. Also props to the check in folks! They are always friendly. The extra fact that the salesperson walks you out is the correct way of saying, "my pleasure" that chickfila failed at. Also, anyone who complains about this store is 98% mad at something they didnt understand with AT&T, not the store.

went in to transfer files from my s 4 to s 7 on Saturday, 3/12/16. was greeted and put on a wait list #6. I purchased my s7 for 700 the week before, so i was a no sale no... one ever came to me once it was my turn, 4 sales people finish up with customers walked around aimlessly went to bathroom, came out and still never called my name. If i was not on a business plan w/ someone else i would take my business elsewhere. Customer service ins on the level of Time Warner(India) . All accessories are marked up 20-30 percent buy them on amazon or across street at best buy . I would give no stars but it makes me choose one.

Went to this store to help my daughter purchase a new iphone 6S plus. Very proud of her purchasing the phone with money she earned working over the summer. Experience could not have been worse. Sales person was rude and lied about her options. She ended up purchasing iphone 6S Plus online for $299.99 and remained on our existing AT&T unlimited data family plan. We were told this was not an option with AT&T, that we had to go with the Next payment plan. Said I did not think that statement was accurate. He said I did not have to believe him if I did not want to. We chose not to believe and she saved several hundred dollars.

I purchased a brand new Samsung S 8+ from them about 2 weeks ago with a screen protector, and the sales lady told me that if something happened to the screen protector within 30 days they would replace it instore. Before going to the store i called ahead just to double check that they would replace it for me and they told me that they would. Then I arrive in the store and they tell me that I have to go through the company and have them send me a new one. Im not mad for having to pay for it, what irritates me is that 2 of their employees told me that they would do it in store and now its more of a hassle for me.

One of the worst customer service ever! Turns out that my iPhone 5C was defected only after 4 days, so I went in to see what was wrong with it. On the first day one of the workers said that I can still exchange it because it was in the 14 day warranty. I went home and thought over it and decided I will just change my plan into a iPhone 6. When I came in tomorrow there was this old hag that said I could not exchange it because it was broken... Worst customer service ever, claimed that if the phone is broken outside of a 3 day range they cant exchange it. Crazy bullshit.

Just stopped by this location, and salesman Isaac just told me that DirecTV new account cost $50 a mo. I told em that I can get it for $20 a mo, he said read fine print, something about opening new wireless account. Duh!!! If I was born yesterday I would, probably, pay $50 a mo. Read fine print: $20 a mo for satellite service with 2 year contract (1st year at least). DUH!!! And NO, I dont need your wireless service.

I have been with AT&T wireless for over 12 years and the reason in this store. These employees are the best I have ever worked with in any situation, not just phones. The customer service is beyond-beyond. They never rush you, you have their undivided attention whether your buying or just trying to figure out your bill or how to work your phone.

Casey hekped me out with a new phone. The guy knew the answers to most of my questions and got the answers he didnt know for me before we finished the transaction. The system may be different if you have already paid. Ill find out when i go back to pick up my phone. So far a very good experience at this location.

Not Autism Friendly Thanks old man working at ATT this morning for the shooting glance of disapproval you gave me when my Autistic son was having issues. Nice try at recovery, but we both know you were not concerned for his safety. May I suggest you stay retired, and leave this "strange new world" alone

Most representatives in this store are always rude. Wait times are terrible and they dont ever seem concerned about helping to solve your issue they just send you on your way without helping to solve the issue. Unless Im spending money, I always have to call customer service to solve an issue.
