I need to switch my plan from Ntelos to sprint so I came in and asked to do so. The associate who helped me said he had no idea how to do it, and for me to come back an hour later to let the manager assist me. Frustrating, but I came back an hour later, for the manager to be late. The associate called the manager and she recommended I go to a different Sprint store to get this done. Ive never been sent away from a business by simply requesting a service they have prompted me to switch over. I highly recommend anyone considering going to this store rethink their options. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Ridiculous.

They totally SUCK!!!! I try not to go to the store because I know they are always busy and the customer service is awful. But in the case of an emergency,, I have a broken phone and pay monthly for insurance. I checked they are suspost to be open till 8pm, thankfully! NOT !!! Got there at 7:30pm,, closed and a sign saying they are closed tomorrow for Easter!!! Now Im just out of luck, cant wait for my contact to be up!!!!

I absolutely love going here when I have a problem! Becky is the associate that always helps me! She takes her time to figure out what exactly is going on & she never pushes my problem to the side. She goes above & beyond any normal CS. Her CS is beyond anything I was ever thinking to receive. I will always go to her & this store!

I always have great service at this store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I switched to Sprint from AT&T and have been happy partly due to this store. I have had to wait a while at this store for help, but buying a phone and getting a new contract takes time so feel it is par for the course.
