I have been customer since 2010 at this location and the customer service getting worst by day. It used to be very friendly location with great staff. But now the location filled by not helpful pharmacist and staff who dont want to help or explain things. I know they became busy and the area is growing fast but CVS should know how much new customer can handle and the staff in this location should know customers come to pharmacy not by choice but because of health issue sometimes with life threatening illness and deserve all the time to get information about the medicines they are taking. CVS auto-refill program is garbage I never get all my medications on time sometimes I have to skip medication.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I 100% recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere (Harris Teeter is great, Walgreens, etc). They never have anything ready when they are supposed to, and they are less than friendly if you get even a little bit upset about it. They make it seem like YOU are stupid and rude for being stressed/upset that your prescriptions are messed up, or not ready. They dont bother to call you and tell you that your stuff is going to be late. The non pharmacy staff seems fine, and attentive. Wouldnt recommend for prescriptions. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!

Painful! The pharmacist Heather Nguyen refused to fill a prescription for pain medication four days after major surgery. She outright lied and blamed a PA, but when the surgeon called she simply refused without any justification. If you want to be in pain and have your entire team of surgeons overruled without justification, this is the place to go. If you trust your doctor, go elsewhere.

I have been given the someone elses medication three times from the CVS. I went in two weeks ago to pick up my meds and the pharmacist told me in a very nasty way that I had picked up one out of three of my meds the prior week. Which was impossible because I wasnt even in the State. Why do I keep going back???

No idea why these reviews are all so bad. Ive been going to this CVS for 4 years and always used their pharmacy and never had problems. The drive through can take a long time but if you go inside...its pretty smooth.

Worst experience ever. I had to go find and order the medicine myself when they told me they were going to order it. They even told me no cvs near me had the prescription. But I found them myself 20 minutes away.

Ridiculously poor service. They dont know how to deal with iPledge and took an entire week to fill a prescription. Watched several others wait 30+ minutes for CVS to figure out their insurance.

Horrible pharmacist. incompetent. lied to the doctor. very rude. would never use this pharmacy again. my doctor has also told me he will never use this pharmacy again.

Was told they were out of stock for a prescription. When I asked them to find out which nearby CVS has it in stock..she goes and brings up the medication. Still puzzled!

Their pharmacy is often well stocked and i have never had an issue with them. Store is clean and they have the drive through which is nice.
