This pharmacy is terrible. My doctor sent in my prescriptions and I went to pick them up three hours later. I was told that two of them were ready and they were waiting on the third. I gave them my insurance card and was told to come back in ten minutes. I went to do more shopping elsewhere and came back 30 minutes later just to be told that I really only had one prescription ready, the other one was out of stock and the third could not be filled until a later date as per my insurance. Why this could not all have been told to me when I was there the first time so that I could have picked up the one and only prescription that was available that day is beyond me. They are absolutely incompetent, and the girl I dealt with the second time was incredibly rude. Unfortunately, my insurance requires I use CVS for my prescriptions (another rant for another day) so I will be using the mail-in service from now so as to not waste my time with this pharmacy. I have never dealt with such incompetence from a pharmacy staff in my life, and in fairness, it was the pharmacy techs, not the pharmacists themselves that were the issue, but there are far more techs working and dealing with the customers than pharmacists, so it is just not worth it. Do not waste your time here.

It should not take 6 hours to refill a common prescription. Called it in at 9am. Was asked what time Id like to pick up. I said noon, which should have been plenty of time. Arrived at 2:30, and it wasnt ready until 3. The girls who work behind the counter were rude and unapologetic. They did not care one little bit. If I say 12, thats when it should be ready. I understand being a little late, but not THREE HOURS. If for any reason it should be late, the customer should be notified. I am now late picking my kids up from school.

Spent $43.00 on wound care items. Got back to our mountain vacation home to find the most expensive of those items and most needed to properly close a nasty gash on my arm was an empty box.... CVS brand did not have a seal on the box and someone had stolen the steri strips from the box. Will now have a nasty scar as by the time I can get the item needed, it will be too late to properly close the wound. When I called the store, the clerks response was " It doesnt surprise me."

You cant tell me they cant pre order a script Ive been getting there for well over a year... They dont let you know ahead of time... So my son is still waiting on Adhd medication and have to risk potential withdraws. Because Im still waiting almost a week later... Keep telling me a different day with a different excuse. Its ridiculous! Unsympathetic and rude too boot.

Piss poor service. Dropped of my sons scripts friday morning was told they had to order on and they should have it by Monday afternoon. These stupid idots did not even order his meds untill monday morning.never go back to the cvs on edwin miller blvd again. This has happened more than once with his meds this was the last straw tho

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy cashier was incompetent and had no clue where my prescription was and how many I was picking up when I only refilled one.

Dont ever think you can quickly get what you need here and leave. The pharmacy usually has long lines and more than once I have been sent elsewhere because they ran out of a product.
