Stay away from them. Highly non professional and bunch of scams. I went there for a phone repair. I was told my charging port was faulty. They said they replaced the charging port and charged me for that but never showed me my mobile in working state. They further said it could be a faulty battery or a software issue and they can not do anything further. When I asked for a refund they starting putting stories and denied me the refund. Finally I got my phone repaired from another nearby professional repair shop (Fix in a zip) and they told me that the previous part that was installed was not compatible with my phone. So I wasted my money on a repair/installation of a part that was not compatible and there was no apology or refund from the Cellairis. The bottom line is pay few extra bucks but go to the professional and stay away from them.

Today my boyfriend came here to get a shattered screen replaced and a new battery for his iPhone 6. When we returned to pick it up, the woman handed his phone back uncharged and asked for the money before he even had confirmation that the new battery was working. When he asked her to charge it before leaving so he could see that it was working, she plugged it in, and it was unresponsive to the charger. He was then told that his charging port was broken (which has been working fine and was functioning properly just last night), and stated that he would need to pay an additional $20 for them to fix the charging port that THEY must have just broken during the initial repair. Still waiting now, after an hour and a half, for what should have taken fifteen minutes.

Went above and beyond for us! My sons ipad was shattered and they repaired in an hour for us. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely go back if I ever have another accident with a cell phone or our tablets. Very fairly priced. Highly recommended.

This store is absolutely terrible they fix my phone and it never work the same my screen start freezing on me I went back to them twice and they were very rude actually Im going to actually take them to small claims court because he did not try to compensate me for anything

Called ahead to make sure they had cases for my phone. Got there and they were nowhede to be found, when the guy got there he dug around for a few minutes trying to find a case for my phone. The one he showed me was scuffed and cheap, super over priced.

All I can say is wow! I went and bought 3 phones from this location! I got a new battery and the workers are so amazing, patient, and their prices are outstanding. 5 star rating for sure, I always get greeted with a smile :D
