The very nice women at the Guess store helped me pick out some outrageously discounted jeans. I hate to say it but I think the employees there were better than at Montgomery Mall, my normal Guess store. Not trying to insult Montgomery Mall Guess, these people are just extra friendly and helpful. Im not sure why else one might go to Hagerstown but if you find yourself nearby, the outlet stores are worth checking out. Endless easy parking, too.

One downfall of this Mall is that you have to go outside of each store in order to go to the next. There is an overhang so that you do not get wet if its raining, but if its freezing or windy... or even extremely hot... you have to be out in it to go from store to store. There is a great selection of stores. The Food Court, however, does not have many healthy options.

this was my first Experience at a outlet mall. It was okay, The name brands are stuff i cannot afford even at a major reduced price. The stores that I like can only be seen in the mall...I do not know why they werent there but it might just be an outlet thing to have the big expensive brand. Everything was clean nice and worth the visit to maryland!.

Great selection of shops, but in all of the times that I have been here since it first opened I have only gotten a handful of great deals. Most times I stop in just because I happen to be passing through, or a get a hankering for Aunt Annies pretzel bites, but I no longer go out of my way to stop in. Better deals can be had online.

Store clerks very enthusiastic and helpful in most of the stores. Variety and help with coupon use exceptional. Food court options could please almost anyone. The racial comment had absolutely no merit... This is 2012.. and would not be tolerated... And would not still be in business.

We usually come here to get a quick full charge for our Tesla before we got the road. Its easy to find something to do for White we wait. The food options in the food court are pretty blah. I noticed the added a taco spot but hadnt had an opportunity to try it yet.

Easy off the highway. Good deals if you hunt for them. Good selection of stores but mostly apparel. Open air experience with handicapped ramps, places to sit, playground, awnings in case of rain. Nice landscaping with occasional duck and rabbit sitings.

Lots of big name brand stores, including Nike, Under Armour, Levi, Guess, Gap, Coach, Reebok, and more! Super low prices too! Definitely plan to come back and shop again! They do need to update the maps in place with all the current stores though.

A very large outdoor mall that has some great stores with good deals. Not all the stores are winners, but most are worth the trip. Bring the wife and prepare to spend some money. Guys, check the Fossil store and get a watch while there.

These are nice outlets. Easy to get in and out of and navigate. Theyve been here for a long time with not much updating, so some of the stores are a little outdated. But the deals are still good. Great for Christmas and gift shopping.

Decent diversity of stores, but nothing spectacular. Small food court. Vending machines are all ice cream & soda. Not a candy bar or salty snack to be found ANYWHERE in the mall. Outside mall, so its nice when the weather is nice.

Lots of good stores and bargains. The negative is the food court. No coffee shop and few choices. Could definitely use some areas to take a break if youre on an all day shopping trip (especially if its a long distance from home.)

This is a pretty awesome place to shop! Deals are good during the holidays and the shops offer a decent variety of products. My only knack against the shopping center are the bathrooms-- they tend to be dirty and rather busy.

Great collection of shops. I have found better deals around holidays or just after holidays. Banana Republic Factory, Eddie Bauer, Nautica, Nike, Reebok (huge collection of CrossFit branded material), Columbia etc.

Nice and clean place. Staff at shops could be a little more friendly. It seems the higher end you go the less friendly the staff. Van Heusen which was the cheapest shop was by far the best service. 5 star for them.

Alot of stores that you wont find in other outlets especially in Hershey outlets. I dont like to shop in outlets because you cant return it anywhere else and then have to make the drive for back for a 30$ item.

Lots of modern clothing and homegood stores conveniently co-located. It is located in a beautiful area which is fun to drive to on a weekend. Facilities are clean and available, parking is more than sufficient.

We love going to the outlets, they have lots of variety. Prices are too high for an outlet, but since theyve gotten really popular all of the outlets are charging more. They need to remodel their food court.

Easy to access from I70. We were disappointed that we couldnt find a single place to eat/drink while at the shopping area. Perhaps we missed it, but ended up at a satellite steak place near the outlets.

Ample parking, rock bottom prices, and great selection of merchandise for the whole family. The Outlet even has a great eating location too - the selection is diverse (from juicy burgers to Chinese).

I had a quite enjoyable visit to this outlet store. The selection was among the better, with plenty of good deals and sizes. Just dont forget to check for discount coupons before you go there.

Good place to visit if you have some free time. I bring my dog here to help her with her service training, not all stores are animal friendly, but most are. Overall very nice place to go!

Really spacious parking area and nice large stores. Includes a wide variety of brands at okay prices. Practical for anyone in Washington or Frederick counties for a fun day shopping.

Nice landscaping throughout the entire outlets. The stores are well taken care of and the employees are helpful and friendly. Its a nice place to walk around in good weather

A lot of stores! The Under Armour store is huge and have amazing prices. The food court has a good variety of food and snack options, it is also very clean and well kept.

Thanksgiving sale.. had a long shopping trip here.. only problem is unlike malls you are exposed to the elements when you exit a store. Deals were pretty good though...
