The worker, Tom, was so very nice to us. He made the experience very enjoyable. He helped me through switching over from a different carrier and made everything really simple. He had great customer service skills as well and he explained everything I ask about. He also has a great personality and was a nice person to have switch over my service. 5/5 I will go here again for all of my phone needs.
