UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM. If you want your MONEY TAKEN from you for goods you WILL NOT RECEIVE, this is the store for you. I basically purchased merchandise from them which was not delivered and cannot get my money back for either. Issuing a refund for products not received is something they seem incapable of doing. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month during which time they have kept my money and have delivered no service. So proceed with caution and be advised that THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. Despite the fact that Verizon is plastered everywhere and on the signage, its actually a third party retailer. I bring this up because if you have any issues your stuck in a weird limbo. Full story below. I changed service to Verizon on January 31st. As part of the new plan, I also purchased three phone cases from the retailer to be delivered with the new phones that had to be ordered. Well the phones came and the cases didnt. At first it was no big deal, they said the cases actually get sent to our home and not the store like the phones did. Well February 8, nine days after the phones had been ordered, they still did not show up. We called the store. They checked on the status and said the phones were delivered and signed for; although they couldnt see where they were actually delivered too, and they were not delivered to me. So we asked for a refund. They said only their manager could issue a refund. My wife goes into the store to get the refund and is told they cant do it to her card; only mine which was used to make the purchase (I had to fly back to Afghanistan). So they said they would get a refund check sent to us for the phone cases and that it would take 10 days. That was on February 13. Tired of waiting I called Verizon customer service since it had been a month- March 1. They called the third party retailer because they could not actually do anything since it is not a Verizon store. Verizon talked with them and said they were not helpful. Verizon is currently working on the problem to see what they can do for us - since it does not seem to be a concern for the third party store. So as of now, I ordered three phone cases at an overpriced $35 a piece, have not received them, cannot get my money back for the items not received, and cannot get answer on the status of the refund check. So if you like your money being STOLEN from you for overpriced merchandise you will never see- this is the store for you. UPDATE: I emailed them, just liked the owner asked, to address "the concern". That was five days ago and they still have not responded. The refund check did finally arrive though on Mar 7th; with a date of issue Feb 28. So it took a Google Review and over two weeks from the time I asked for the refund for them to issue it. Save time, money, and a headache; and just drive into Charlottesville to a REAL VERIZON STORE; IT WILL LITERALLLY SAVE YOU MONEY.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Please note, however, that this is a Verizon RETAILER, not a regular Verizon store, which means that its owned by a third party (not by Verizon) and is more limited about what kind of help and deals they can offer. If what you want is fairly basic, theyre the guys for you; if not, youre better off going to an official Verizon store.

Staff was friendly, however when I say staff I mean the only staff member in the store, is there not enough money in Verizons bank to hire another person?! I get it its Ruckersville but still, with the monopoly Verizon has on cell coverage in the area one would think they would hire enough people to take care of all their customers.

5:30 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. 1 sales associate actually working, and multiple people in the back not helping the hopeful customers waiting in line. Awful customer service!
