Went into the store to buy out my Edge plan and get a new phone. The associate I was with really tried to help me get the best deal I could until I told him I wasnt going to be buying accessories. Thats when his attitude went down hill. All I was looking for was to get a phone and knew I would be dealing with a "sales person." Though, I guess I cant call him that because he didnt sell me anything. I walked out bummed. He was so belittling that I lost all interest in doing business at that location. I should have see this coming with the 5-7 anti Verizon picketers out front.

Ordered a phone online which had a defect and wasnt working right. Went to the store was greeted by the manager who took my name and told me what number I was in line. Dealt with a couple different staff members all of which were very friendly. They helped me return the defective phone and replaced it with a new one. Definitely will be my go to verizon corporate store!

It was unpleasant. There was no greeting, no presentation of the employee. Discrimination by my nationality. They did not seek any solution to my problem just told me to call customer service. And when asked a question about my account he changed the face. No eye contact with the customer, no smile or back soon

Very long waits, just wanted to find out what they would do for my cracked phone. After a 45 minute wait. They habe me a phone number to call. They need atriage person so you dont have to wait as long for simple questions.

Customer service here is generally good. Not too long a wait and they (usually) arent trying to oversell you on junk. Pretty good place to try out the latest phones and accessories to see if youd like them.

This place sucks. Staff are newer and rude. Waited over an hour to have one of the rude jerks smirk and tell me there is nothing they can do to help me with my phone.. unless I wanted to buy a new phone

Mike was very belittling and overall extremely unpleasant. He was mean to his coworkers and complained about his wife. He bullied me into a purchase and just added to my account without my permission.

I made a call to the store because the tech that just worked with me didnt get something right and they asked me to hold . I was on hold for 15 minutes I guess they didnt want to help me

The staff seem like their pay is based on how many people they can pump out of the store and up sell you on products you dont need
