First time the galaxy s5 screen was replaced, it had minor flickering so they offered to fix it again. 1 week later they replaced it again and this time its even worse, theres a shadow of my keyboard at all times and the screen is sticking out, not flushed on all the corners and I can see scratches on 2 corners on the silver metal part. Asked me to come back again next week so I have to deal with this messed up screen even longer This is so inconvenient and not carefully done. I hope this is resolved once and for all next week since I did pay a lot to get the screen fixed.

Great service, the guy who helped me was so hard working... There was a line of us and he was so patient. He was also very good at attention to detail... I had my iPhone 6 Plus repaired by him and he notice something on the new screen after he fixed it. So he went back in and fixed it again... The wait was long cuz I went during busy hours... But my phone was done in less than 20 mins. Highly recommend this place. Reasonably price. Word of advice... Take care of your phones!! Ohh and we are in the navy and he hooked it up with a even more discount. Thanks Mr. Fixl!!

I came in to buy a phone and trade in an old one from my friend. I didnt know any facts about the old phone, such as the size, version, etc. They were great with working on the old phone to help me figure it out. I ended up just buying the new phone and keeping the old one to sell for more money elsewhere, but they were also very helpful in giving me tips on how to maximize that profit. They were also very willing to work with me by offering extra perks so that I got the best experience possible with them. I highly recommend them.

This place is great. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 (because: gravity + acute onset butterfingers) and walked in here one weekday late morning. They priced my repair, fixed my screen, and sold me a respectable case (my self-imposed punishment), all in about 30 minutes. Its now several weeks later and the work theyve done is holding up fine (i.e., you cant tell that it had ever been broken). This place is fast, clean, and professional; the folks are knowledgeable and pleasant; and the work is top notch. Highly recommended.

I took my Iphone in for repair after I drastically damaged the LCD as well as the camera. Every other store I checked before Mr. Fix quoted me a price $60 more expensive and even told me theyd have to ship it for repairs and Id get it back a week later. The man working fixed my phone in 20 minutes and made it look like new. I also watched the same guy provide a minor fix for a customer at no cost because he said it was a common problem. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants the best service at the lowest price.

All the super ratings are spot on, there isnt much else to say except yes, this place it awesome, Mr Fix is awesome. He repaired my screen and gave me a screen protector and it looks beautiful. I arrived a little after 11, and there was no line or wait. He reviewed the damaged, quoted a rate and went to work. No complaints here. Im a customer for life-though I hope to never destroy my screen again.

Wonderful wonderful service! I came in after completely shattering my iphone 6S screen and was back out within 25 minutes :D Denys was super friendly and even put a protective cover on my new screen. My phone looks brand new and I paid about $25 less than other shops were charging around! If I ever have any issues with my phone moving forward...this will be where I go!

Amazing service and reasonable prices! I got same day response and I asked for a quote at 2pm. Then I went to the store an hour before it closed and they fixed all my problems! They also take their time to explain the issues which I appreciate. Good to know so I dont do it again!
