My family and I have always come to this store because of the pleasant, helpful staff, low wait time for service if any, and overall positive experiences over the years. During my most recent experience, I came in for a new phone on my existing plan. Previously having the LG G3, I wanted to purchase the most recent version, the G6. The sales associate (was great, I regret I do not remember his name) showed honesty in stating this would be the first one out of the store and hed appreciate feedback. In that regard, the phone is amazing. The wide angle lens is great and an instant photo appears on half of the camera screen for easy viewing when your annoying friends want to see every photo you take instantly. Ive had it for a few months now. No glitches or issues of any kind. Except... The phone charger... Brand new, only used for the LG G6. But it is extremely fast to charge and lasts a good 24 hrs or just under. The fingerprint unlock is super convenient and has always worked well for me. The phone is light and smaller than most bulky Samsungs, which I am obviously not into. Flip snooze and ignore continues to be a favorite feature . Beautiful display. K Thanks. Went in this afternoon with an 8+ year old Nokia flip phone that had several sentimental photos still on it. They were able to transfer the photos off that phone and on to my current phone with no problems. I am very grateful for the helpful and knowledgeable staff at this store.
