Worst customer service Ive seen in quite some time. I called several days before visiting the store to make sure they could provide what I wanted. I made an appointment so things would go smoothly when I arrived. I was told twice they had the phone I wanted and they could port my number. At my appointment, they did not have the phone I requested and tried to convince me to take another number. I insisted I wanted to port the old number and I bought a phone they had on hand and paid, then was informed the port may not work correctly, but it should. I should just wait a week or two and see and come back if it didnt. I told him never mind, to refund my money and I didnt need the phone. Then he said it would work, and activated my the new phone and said it would port my number in a day or so. I left with a phone that can call out, but cant receive calls yet and I have no confidence that it ever will. I hope it works out, but even if it does, the experience was so strange that I no longer have a positive opinion of Verizon like I used to. So disappointing.

My husband and I were connecting our numbers from our parents phone plans and every time we went into the store, the staff was super helpful. We spoke with two different sales reps and they were knowledgeable and told us exactly what to do to make sure everything was right when we came in to open our new account and upgrade our phones. We worked with Bill twice and he was very pleasant and helpful. We waited in the store today for an hour and a half, but working with him made it better. He listened to everything we wanted and gave us tips about our new phones. He even offered us his cell number just in case we had any problems or needed to call him and set up an appointment to go into the store and talk with him! Definitely impressive. Everyone there was helpful and updated us about why the wait was so long. Every time before that, the wait was nothing. Beware when you go in on a Saturday though. Expect a wait then, but others days of the week were great for us!

Had to go into VERISON two times in one week because the first time they didnt solve the problem. The lady who helped me the 2nd time was rude and tried to convince me twice that I didnt have warranty on my phone (which Ive had under a year) and that they couldnt back up my phone and Id lose all my pictures. I was so frustrated and right before breaking down and crying another man chimed in to try a wireless charger (bless him) which she said "that wont work." Which IT DID. THANK GOD. Does it really take tears to get a reaction out of them? Then after leaving ( having to Buy a wireless charger) they blocked the door because "were playing a prank on the coworker." WOW. REALLY? Plus seeing them taking smoke breaks next to the building is very unprofessional. Not a great experience. Never want to go back again. (I have to admit the guy who rung me up for the wireless charger was very kind and the only thing that I can say was positive)

The staff is utterly clueless about how to provide good customer service. They show up when the store opens (not before) and spend time prepping the store for business while customers, who have been waiting in the parking lot, cool their heels inside the store waiting to be served. The attitude of the staff, if and when they deign to serve you, is equally off-putting, as though they are imagining dollar signs with legs standing in front of them instead of people. I have never been presented with options that were less than the most expensive options available, and have often felt that my disinterest in spending more than I need to classifies me - in their minds - as a nuisance who must be ushered out as quickly as possible.

Dont waste your time. I went into this store for a phone upgrade and was greeted at the door by a man that took my information and told me that I would be next for help. I waited over 45 minutes while the associates chatted with others. I went to walk out and the man at the door asked if I wanted him to take me off the list. I said "Yes, I cant wait this long" and he said "OK, see ya". Thats it. No "sorry that it took so long". No "let me see how much longer it will be". Nothing. I think that he is used to people walking out. I went over to Best Buy and was in and out in about the same amount of time that I had been waiting at Verizon. I will never use this store again.

I love this place!!!Its the only Verizon I will ever go to, because they have great customer service. I was a little worried because I thought I was going to take longer then 1 hour today for my lunch break around 11 am which is the businest time. Yet they amazed me when they did my full upgrade, accessories, and payments under 30 minutes!!! People really dont understand how good they are and Im kind of astonished how people are not happy with there service. Theyre one of a kind, and if you need a great company to be with theyre the way to go! PS Crystal was my agent.

Pretty smooth, but I wasnt buying anything. There were like 5 customers, and 8 employees, so I got attention the moment I walked in. Crystal, I think was the girls name. My phone was busted, had extended warranty plan, they scanned my info and had a new one sent the next day (today). Was surprisingly painless and almost pleasant. Again, I didnt have to deal with them for any extended period of time so I cant say much about the actual customer service experience if I were buying a new phone/line/transferring etc.

I would rather stand in line at the DMV. Verizon is always crowed, there is always a wait. Sometimes they fix the problem or answer the question, sometimes they dont. Sometimes going back a second time for a different rep works. But it shouldnt waste that much of my time! I agree that they are not ready for business when the store opens. And once I had agreed to meet a rep at the hour the store opened...and he "forgot"; didnt come in at all.

This place is AWFUL. Went in to ask a question and it took me 45 minutes to ultimately get sent home to figure out the problem myself. If you are having trouble I would ask an online chat person first before heading in there and waisting an hour of your day. Half of the employees seem to be talking to each other and standing around rather than helping people in the store. Overall terrible service.

Awful service. I counted 8 employees in the floor and no one asked me for help. They were all socializing in small circles. After I asked someone for a product a sales person went to seek it out. 15 minutes later they came out of the stock room with another person, laughing and ignored me. I walked out. Horrible place to spend your money.

If I could, I would give zero stars. spoke with customer service representative via phone and I was told one thing. Came into store and was told something else in a snippy manner. I hate this place
