I would NOT recommend this business to anyone, today was my first and last experience with them, over the weekend my iphone glass broke and I had the misfortune of finding this business on a google search. Though they were pricier than other providers in Cary, since they opened at 10am I figured I would pay the additional cost to have my phone repaired early. I made an appointment online and also received a confirmation email and a $10 coupon---all seemed good. Then I take a ride to the store and walk in and tell the employee I have a 10:30am appt to have my phone repaired---He tells me that there is no tech on site and they cannot do anything today. I tell him that I made the appointment online for this service, received a conf email and all---and on top you have my phone number and email where you can call me to let me know that you cannot fix today, why wouldnt you call me? He said its out of his hands and blamed corporate---I would never go to this store again, and the "bulbs" they offer, all looked much pricier than what amazon offers!

I have a norelco accuvac T770 beard trimmer and its battery had died. I took the thing apart and done some research on the batteries. My search lead me to a Google entry by another user with the same problem. That user recommended Batteries Plus for replacement batteries. So I googled my nearest store, stopped in and became a highly satisfied customer! The Apex, NC (Ten Ten Rd) staff was very courteous and extremely helpful! The batteries only costed me $3 each! They even helped install them! I just saved myself close to $50 by not having to replace my shaver/trimmer!!! I will definitely return to them for my other rechargable battery needs! They even carry cell phone batteries and are very reasonably priced!

Didnt think Id ever review a battery store but they earned it. Needed a special battery for my cell phone and was helped immediately by the store staff. Luckily they had the battery I needed for my work cell phone (nobody else did). Lost my receipt and three months later I was reconciling my expenses and called them to get a copy. Very helpful and the copy of invoice was in my email within 5 minutes. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure I got it. It is so rare to find service these days. This kind of reminds me of when people used to get gas the attendant would wash your window and check your oil for you. Its the little things that count and I am very impressed. Way to go Batteries Plus!

Since it was close to my home, I called this store looking for a particular battery for my car. It is an oddball battery and this particular store did not have it in stock. However, the gentleman I spoke with took his time and looked at several alternative batteries and directed me to other Batteries Plus stores in the area that did have one that would work for me in stock. I ended up going to the one on Highway 54 in Durham since it is close to my work and had a great experience there as well. This is how customer service is supposed to be! Good job!

So easy to order online and then pick up a few minutes later in the store. The staff at pick up was super nice and helpful! I brought the old battery and charger in the store to be sure I had purchased the right replacement. They tested the charger first to be sure it wasnt the problem. Unfortunately, it was working and I needed the battery. They showed me that it was compatible with charger and then recycled old battery. Easy experience. I will definitely be back!

Outstanding experience...bought the battery online Saturday night, went to the store Sunday morning to pick it up. There was only one employee working but he still helped me install it in between phone calls to the store! He was very professional. Would definitely recommend Batteries Plus for their good selection, convenient hours, online ordering and great in store help at this location!

Fake as ever..I was hired to do phone repair but never received training,I was never talked to about training during the 3 months I was there...Got fired on my 90 day review without any reason at all.Was never talked to by any manager,owner,or customer ever about an issue with me or my job performance.A bunch of fakes from the bottom up...This minority didnt last long.

This store has no copter batteries. They dont have color changing light bulbs either!!! I dont have a battery for my quadcopter!!! So sad. They dont have unique needs... Check Amazon for other unique batteries. They arent as good as you may think... The store is really small so they dont have much. Everything is VERY EXPENSIVE so think before you buy...

I broke my phone screen and needed it replaced pretty late in the day, and they were about to close. I called and spoke with I believe his name was Jamey? (He had an accent). He waited for me even though they were about to close, and did a great and quick job on my phone, phenomenal customer service, I would definitely recommend!!

Great prices, the only thing was the batteries werent ready. The reason was they wanted to wait, was make sure the batteries were the right ones. Well they could have called and then I wouldnt have to waited about 25 min. Plus the battenr would have rested, I had to add more acid when I got home. So in all it was a great sale.

One of my favorite stores simply because their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They give you unbiased advice and will change many of your tougher batteries (e.g. vehicle keys) for free. Their selection is expansive. Theyve never not had what I needed. Been doing business with them for years.

This store was great. I had a scooter razor with a battery issue and they had the battery I needed and put it in. It is not easy to install a Scooter battery and they did it for no additional charge. I will go to them first every time for my battery needs now!!
