Impeccable Service! Alex and the woman who also works there whom I believe is another manager (unfortunately, I didnt catch her name) were both awesome! I just brought in two iPad minis for screen repairs. Not only were they $50 per repair cheaper than other competitors, but the service is top notch. They were able to repair my daughters iPad mini with no problems and all is well. However, when they were repairing my sons iPad mini they broke a wire connected to the motherboard that is both irreplaceable and unrepairable. They called me immediately to let me know what happened and told me that they already bought a new in the box iPad mini for my son. Amazing customer service, great communication and quick repairs! I cannot say enough!

Cellairis was actually really good! I had a iPhone 6 Plus but the screen was showing strange lines so I brought it to cellairis. The guy was great and kind and he said he had to replace the screen for $109.00 which is pretty good cuz other places where charging $140 and that was just to expensive. The guy said it would take him 20-30 minutes. So I walk around the store and go eat something and then 20 minutes later I go up to him and he said that he cant fix it because my phone had water damage in the motherboard and cellairis can not replace motherboards only Apple can. So he was really nice but I was disappointed about phone broken.

My girlfriends phone broke last night so I called up to Cellairis this morning (11/18/16) to find out the cost of fixing an iPhone 5 screen. $79.99 and thirty minutes! That was way better then I was expecting. And saved us money since thats about half the price of an insurance claim. Anywho just thought Id share my experience today. Definitely cant go wrong with this business for cellphone repairs.

This place is great!! I had to replace a part in my phone and not too many places could do it. One place in Crabtree wanted to charge me $70, but I called these guys and they said they would do it for $30! They fixed my phone within 20 minutes and I couldnt be happier.

Alex helped me get my iPhone screen replaced, a new screen protector, as well as a phone case, all within an hour for much better price than any other location we tried to work with. Its worth the drive to Triangle Town Center, they are right by the food court.
