I have never stopped by this kiosk before now. I had a terrible experience at the Corporate store down the street. I was very close to moving my account to a different company. I met the new manager named Brad and he took his time and helped me get my account taken care of. Best experience that I have ever had with Verizon. Rest assured you will be treated like a person and not a number here.

Its been a while since I last visited, but the rep was helpful and didnt try to push an upgrade or new plan on me. I just had a few questions and wanted to see a new phone I was eyeing and he let me without hassle. I knew more about the phone(s) than him, but Im weird like that.
