Over all the area has come a long way in the few years its been built up. With that in mind however... While the big draw is Sizzler, Walmart, Pets Mart, Sears. There are quite a few nice little mom n pop shops to look forward to. Parking is OK with the lanes and isles being in an odd placement to the main roads. Stop signs are at almost every corner and a few blind ones at that. The main entrance is a bit muttled in that its so short and people stop to let traffic pass or people take their wrong turns. Such is just the path of the in and out design. Poorly thought out with regards to traffic. Now we come to the bad news. While they do employ a security company, Delta 88, not every business is willing to pay for "protection" so there are gaps in their patrols. They never get out of their Suvs, dont move off vagrants who need to be. Most of their time is spent sitting in one spot on the phone or near Starbucks wifi. Funny tale. Encountered a Delta 88 employee tell a rather vulgar homeless man, "Go hang out at Dollar Tree or McDonalds we dont patrol over there." With that in mind dont rely on them to do there patrol jobs very well instead watch your own butt. Dont hear me wrong Florin Town is close, clean, and has everything you need in one place. They just need to beef up security with people that do their jobs.

Its a ok place but u have to be careful of all the homeless and prostitutes. Every time I go into the Starbucks people are laying all over the seats sleep evn had one lady throw her coffee and someone in the middle of the floor so now I only do mobile orders.... I stop going to the 24 hr fitnessc the girls walk around in workout clothes that show their breast and full faced makeup. The guys are in street clothe and follow you on each machine. Gives your a weird feeling when trying to workout. The Walmart well I try to avoid it at all cost. You cant get to the door without being bothered and you cant get to your car without someone trying to sell you something. Not to mention the prostitutes that are walking from 24 to Walmart. Yeah I dont go here especially with my kids. Try explaining to a 6 year old why a lady is walking around with her buns all out and high heels.... This place Def needs some help.

Lots going on here. A big Sizzler, Starbucks and Panda Express are the "on the street view side. In the rear is Super WalMart. Loads of smaller stores throughout the Center. GNC, Payless Shoes, Eyeglass World, 24 Hour Fitness, Pet Smart, Sleep Train and quite a few more. This has helped turn a crime ridden streetscape into a lively and attractive place to go shop or grab a bite to eat. One bit of advice: WalMart is always busy and its better to shop early in the morning or late at night to avoid crowds and waiting forever in line.

The walmart security that drives around in the blue suvs are always putting there hands on people and using excessive force that isnt needed "women included" they target smaller people & stereo type as well. Always getting asked for a handout and when told no and dont receive what there asking for they get hostile with the customers, just not a safe feeling place at all. Mainly Walmarts side. Would not recommend going any where here!

Its a place or center with all the conviences of a full service shopping mall. This place house places like Walmart, No 1 Buffet and other shops like 5 and 10 cent stores a number of resturants, banks ect.. If you are interested in shopping for items that is located at different stores then try the Florin Towne Center you might be able to find store for all you needs without leaving the center..

Florin Towne Centre is a large place with wide variety of stores. With stores ranging from pet stores a PetSmart and a Walmart at least a dozen other stores. I think its a very nice store complex. The perfect place to come if you need to make several stops. I recommend everybody stop by Florin Towne Center

The parking lot is horrible. I have seen people trying to run each other over in that parking lot. Its absolute chaos in there. Having said that I find myself going there for the the pet smart, game stop and the very rare occasion Wal-Mart if Im too lazy to goto elk grove.

Went to Sizzler and the service was terrible. There were about four to six tables in use and the staff was at the front talking and laughing. Our server took our order, brought our foid and never saw him again. We were there about 1-1:30 so it was mot a busy time.

Love going to the 99 cent Ranch Market you step in there and it feel like youre stepping into another country I like that you can find unique fruits there that you wouldnt normally fine at Safeway or Raleys place like that like star fruit.

I enjoyed the house on 6505 Westbrook drive because my granddauers live here so i think it is fun there. The colors where brighten and enjoyable, I would highly suggest this house as a must to drive by and visit. Thank you!

Florin Town Center is located right off of Florin and it has Wal-Mart Ross Store it has a Beauty Supply store, it has the dollar store, it has Avenue and several other stores located within small Shopping Center.

Nothing fabulous about this place. Can be kind of ghetto sometimes. Usually allot of suspicious looking activity going on. Even though there is security driving around a fair share of cars has been broken into.

If you ever need to use the restroom.... Wait.. Grab what you need.. Wait in a long line.. And wash your hands and items you purchased when you get home. Be selective in the veggies, fruit and meat areas..

Ghetto people, a maze of a parking lot, and every time I have been here there seems to be somebody on a bike that got hit by a car. Wal Mart as a anchor store. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I grew up around the Florin Mall area. Its a convenient shopping center. Especially since theres a Walmart there. And now they have a 24 hour fitness. And two banks. Wells Fargo and Bank of America.

Great center to walk to for people living in the area with the sheriffs department a block away because of the soliciting, begging, prostitution, gang-violence, Oakland natives visiting, etc.

Too many crazies here, but lots of stores. The Wal-Mart is riddled with strange people, Ive heard bad stories from people that have been attacked/asalted by rude, and entitled people!

A little bit of everything in this mall from banking to coffee to Walmart, you can do one stop shopping here, it is spread out so you may want to drive across the lot instead of walk!

Went to pay my phone bill at the metro office there. The security guard guided me on how to use the pay your bill machine. He really didnt have to do that, but he was very helpful!
