Ths mall itself is eh. Theres not many stores to shop at so not a good variety. But PacSun is absolutely down right terrible. The manager is extremely judgmental and stereotypical. She banned my friends and i just cause we looked suspicious. Just because we have colored hair and piercings doesnt mean were going to steal at her damn store. She accused us of shoplifting a damn bracelet just because we were looking over there. There was an other girl (about in her 20s) over there looking for like ten minutes and she didnt say anything about her! She called security and have us banned from the mall for a day only. While we were being escorted out the mall and going to Target. She wanted us to go BACK and get picked up by our parents! She absolutely horrible and rude. One of my friends mom called and told her that she didnt know how our parents handle us! Id advise you to go there with an adult or just look normal or else youll totally look suspicious and get banned.

Besides the Chico Mall, this mall is also okay with 3 things: Gamestop, FYE, and Ross. I would understand, like any mall, parking is terrible and this mall is approachable from more side than Chicos. The food court here is very disorganized and the +30 minutes to wait for food is not worth it. The kids play area is twice as worse as the Chico Mall and would not recommend small toddlers to play due to the area being overrun with rude adults and older kids. The only real reason I even come back to this mall is if I am in the area or FYE, (Gamestop is also by Walmart) other than those reasons, its a major pass.

I have been considering moving my family to the Marysville/Yuba City area for some time now. In an effort to know the area better, my wife and I visited the Yuba City Mall. We were shocked, disappointed, and right down furious when we were discriminated against because we have a Service Dog. We were lied to, and treated like criminals, as well as insulted. This is a direct violation of our civil rights, as well as clearly illegal. We will NEVER shop there again, and we encourage everyone else not to either.

I appreciate the only mall we have in our area. It is so nice of the mall manager to allow Yuba Sutter Regional Arts council and the Marysville joint unified school district to host the Very Special Arts Festival in the food court again this year. The disabled students from the schools and the adults from our community all look forward to this worth while event every year. Big KOODOS to all the volunteers. Thank you all.

The Mexican food at the Food Court taste delicious. Its a bit expensive and gives you terrible gas later on, but its delicious. The store are typical to say the least. There are typically punk kids hanging out in the area and dont leave your bike locked up in the back of the mall because it will likely be stripped or otherwise jacked by a meth head.

Dont be scared after the guy commited you know what instead , smile say hi be polite you never know if your smile will brighten or sadden my day. Just saying mental health is really really an issue an the name says it all is just mental not physical. Your mind is tricking you so dont believe it. Like one of my mentors says NO TE PREOCUPES OCUPATE.

Great for a mall its size. For the size of the Yuba City area, this is a good mall. The majority of the mall is occupied with both national and local stores, providing a good mix. Having shopped in many similar sized malls, I would say that the Yuba Sutter Mall is one of the best SMALL malls in the area.

What they say about the Yuba Sutter Mall is true, its lame. Theres not really any interesting stores left in the mall, and anything that could be interesting, you can probably find on the Internet for a better price.

Its a really small mall and getting smaller as time goes by. They have a few good stores but theres a lot of unleased space. They have a small Sears and JC Penneys but you get the feeling both might go away soon.

I really wish there were better stores in the mall. I mainly go for the large department stores, as the variety of smaller stores is lacking. I feel like the mall would be much busier if there were more stores.

It is clean the stores always have something new theres a kid area so your kid can play theres also an arcade food stores so you can eat gamestop is a highlight people there are very lovely go there to shop.

Average To Best

Theres no suprise to me why someone commited suicide here. This place is awful. Theres a bike frame stripped down still on the lock in the entrance by Ross, that been there for at least a few years now.

Love walking around and looking at the small stores in the middle. The sticker maker there is amazing. I cant remember the name of the place either. If you need a sticker made, theyre great and cheap.

This mall is very small, doesnt have a whole lot of stores to shop in. Its not too crowded inside and has plenty of parking. I would give it a better rating if they would add a second story of shops.

Area is nice. Its a small town mall so there isnt much here. Pretty standard stores. There are a few locations without stores at all. The place is clean and has a nice play area for young children.

Empty. Very few good stores and lots of empty spaces, which is understandable seeing how difficult it is to get a hold of ANYONE about leasing space there. I think they just gave up.

the gift cards actually expire! after the first year not being used, every month $2.50 will be deducted until balance reaches zero. no fair at all! dont get gift cards here.

Not a bad mall by any means. It has all the basics (Bath & Body Works, American Eagle, Spencers) but if you want more, I would suggest going to the one in Roseville.

Dismal visit, this mall is done for. Everything is overpriced and no selection. Make the trip to the Westfield Mall and you will have a much better experience.

American Eagle is probably the best store in the Mall. It has better service throughout and has less people shopping at one time. Much cleaner than most malls.

Pretty small but has all the necessities. Has a movie/CD store, perfume, phone, shoes, clothes, and boutique stores. Also some varieties in the food court.
