I shopped there and when I arrived at home one of my items was missing I called back and a lady answered and said she didnt speak English and hung up on me. I called again the english person put me on hold for 15 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager I hung up and when I arrived the cashier had my item and said it my responsibility to turn the wheel to be sure I had everything. This people need much training on customer service. I never got to speak to the manager he was either at lunch or not available. Sad customers are treated this way

There were a whole lot of shoppers but very few registers open. And this guy in front of me in the Express Lane was sleeping at first then woke up thirsty I guess cause he left all his stuff and went off on a search for a tall boy can of beer. He asked the cashier what had happened to all the beer they had at the checkout fridges and he was told they took them out. If he wanted cold cervesas he had to go to the back part of the store lol. Wow!

The customer service is beyond terrible. If I could rate them with no stars as an option, I would. Simple math is a difficult task for them, not to mention the fact they dont know how to tell time. Of course the negative attitude and rudeness of the service tellers are the icing on the cake for me. Cant wait to visit again ~sarcasm~.

Bought Carne de pastor from the butcher. Its supposed to be pork shoulder meat. Cooked it. Small pieces of bone in the meat and also pieces of tube lineing in the meat. What did I just eat? Sure was no pork shoulder. Will be calling manager and expose them.

Employees are just plain rude here, they dont care about the customers. Like one time I was waiting in line to get some bread and an employee just cut in front and had a mean face. I told her she cant cut and she told me "Im off duty!"
