WORST company ever-DO NOT order from them! We are currently embroiled in a dilemma which is 100% Chans error and they are doing nothing to rectify the situation. After confirming via email pictures of the vanity we ordered, we received a COMPLETE different vanity. Chans asks us to keep it for a $150 credit-which is actually what we paid to have this wrong vanity shipped; the real problem is our workers/plumber unwrapped and installed the vanity-they couldnt have known it was wrong. I was so upset to return home from work and see this: contacted Chans and they had the audacity to ask why I didnt look at it before it was installed! Now the company has us over a barrel-they are sending us another vanity (wed prefer not to order from them-but they have our money!) but requiring us to repackage the wrong vanity (after paying workers to uninstall then remove it from our home) AND wont send the new vanity until we send them a $350 deposit! This entire process was Chans error and we are better my penalized. Do NOT deal with Chans!

I just received my vanity today from CHANS. It looks stunning and cannot wait to install in my bathroom! Very excited! The whole process dealing with CHANS is very smooth. They emailed me first to confirm the shipping address and then called me to make an appointment with me. The vanity is packed so well so it arrived in a safe way :) I am remodeling my second bathroom next year and definitely will use them again!

I absolutely love this vanity. Its gorgeous and the quality is excellent. The contractor and crew who remodeled my bathroom were very, very impressed with it. Communication from seller was superb. I was ecstatic that it shipped right away and I received a week earlier than stated on the website. This is one of my best purchase of all time.

They sold me a vanity that was in a flood. The chemicals oozing out of this include, wood preservative, bleach and black mold. The wood is splitting and rooting from the inside. They will not give me a replacement
