Just bought a car from this used car dealership that is junk. Asked 2 people what was wrong with the car, and was told by one over the phone before I went out there that the car may need a muffler. Figured that would not be a big deal. I asked The other sales person if anything was wrong with it, and he told me nothing was wrong with the car. Test drove it, and it seemed fine at the time. Also looked under the hood, and did not see any oil, or under the car. I am not a mechanic, and this place is in a different state than where I reside so was not able to take to a mechanic at that time. They did not reveal any problems with the car to me, and made a very quick sale. Of course the car was sold as is, but also thought there was a 3 day recision, which I found out later was not true. Anyways the battery had to be charged before we could test drive it. I felt like the battery was not a big issue. Offered them a lower price, and was quickly accepted by the owner. The salesman had told me the car was a repo, so I guess that is why they were so willing to hurry up & sell it. This car was bought for my daughter, and money was hard to come by. Her car was going to need a new engine, so just decided to get another car instead of putting possibly $2000.00 into a car that we only paid $1700.00 for. Closed the deal, got the car home & it would not start again. Car was taken to a mechanic the following monday, and mechanic told us to take the car back, that the timing belt could go out at anytime, and that there was a leak in the exhaust. He stated it would be a expensive fix, and quoted a estimate of $883.00, and possibly more, and he was not a dealership. My son called out to the car dealer & spoke with the owner, who tried to act like my son was threatening him, and told him if he came out there with the car he would leave in a body bag. When I tried to call & speak with him he had his yes man to speak on his behalf, and said he would not talk to me, or try to do anything to resolve the issue. These people have absolutely no morals, will smile & act nice to you until you pull the car off the lot. I think the owner probably uses the same method of trying to say you are threatening him so that he will not have to talk to you, or make it right. They are totally not going to satisfy their customer, and obviously do not care about repeat customers, or referrals. Beware of doing business with this dealership!!!!!! BEWARE

found this place on the internet, found a truck i was interested in. Was told NOTHING was wrong with the truck. When i asked to test drive it, the sales man acted extremely surprised, as if ppl dont normally drive a vehicle before purchasing it. After taking it less then a mile down the road, noticed a significant idle issue. When i retured from the test drive, i brought this to the attention of the sales rep, and the person im assuming was the owner. Everyone acted surprised about the issue, except the mechanic who said "i thought i had it working, you must have drove it father then i did" (again only put 1.2 miles on the odometer) I explained that i would still be interested in it if this problem was resolved. we began to talk about the deal, which would involve a trade, after several min of the sales man trying to convince me to " sell the car myself" he offered me a ridiculously low trade in value. I told him that my wife and i would need to talk this over and would call him later that week to find out if the idle issue had been fixed. My wife and i were getting into the car and starting to converse about the information we had been given, already thinking that it was a "no deal" when the sales rep approached us saying that if we were to buy the truck today, WITHOUT the idle issue getting fixed that they would give us a free 3 month warranty, which could be used to fix the idle issue, and to just bring it back to be fixed in a week. "A free $195" as he put it. We took the paper work, but explained that we would still like to talk it over, and would like it better if they would just fix the issue and keep their warranty. After arriving back home began to read the "warranty" information only to find out that the warranty they were going to "give" us didnt cover the problem the truck had, and on top of that there was a $200 deductible on any problems at. Thank god we didnt make this deal but had we done so we would have had a truck w/ a major idle problem, that the warranty wouldnt have covered, and even if it did we would have had to pay $200 to have it fixed...needless to say the business card i received from the sales rep is already in the trash can.

I had recently gotten a Ford Escape from this place. Nothing has been wrong with it and so far the car has been very good to me. When I first got it, I put 2,000 down on it even though its a 2004 and have made a couple of payments. Recently, I had to miss one of my payments for the fact there was a death in my family (My uncle recently passed away) and I have been helping my mother clean up his place, ect. I received a call at 10PM at night (Seriously, it was at 9:52PM), which I missed but when I seen the voicemail, it was a man saying they are "Agent" Tom or Thompson, whatever and that I needed to call him back. When I did, he told me that if I did not pay the payment that night or return the car that he would turn in the paperwork in order to have a warrant on me. It is kind of hard for me to return the car right he said because I am currently in a different state for the death in my family. I get a month and a half behind because of a DEATH in my family, and they threaten to have a warrant on me? Which of course would cost me my job, any ability to get a future job that I can survive on, AND get rid of my ability to get any other car from a dealership unless I pay cash. And when I said I would wire the money but needed an hour, he told me to call him back. I did, several times, left a text message, and even called in the morning, he guy NEVER called me back.

Was late making payments HOWEVER, Grant Miller, the OWNER, knew of this. I have emails of him and I talking back and forth. On Nov. 26th, I was talking to Grant Miller TELLING him I had sent the payment to which he said okay. Here it is December 12th, I received a phone call from some investigator place saying that Grant Miller put a repo out on the car because (According to what Miller said to the guy) I was REFUSING to return it and was WITHHOLDING it from him. I never once said I would NOT return the car and was NOT withholding it from anyone. He seemed perfectly fine with me sending the money. The guy politely told me that Grant Miller had placed the papers on November 26th even though I have emails from Grant saying okay toward me sending the payment that day. The investigator seemed surprised when I told him I did NOT know Grant had demanded back the car because I thought he was fine with the payment I had sent because I was never sent an email, letter, or even a phone call from him. He (Grant Miller) basically told the investigator I was a snake in the grass and I was no good. In the end, Grant Miller NEVER told me the truth and led me to believe that he was fine with getting the payment late.
