This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased 4 from Oxmoor and every time when I left I need a Xanax and a shot of whiskey. Mom bought a 4Runner yesterday 9/15/2016 from Oxmoor Toyota and it was 6 hours of haggling and we caught them on 5 separate occasions lying to our face. Buying from Collins was like going into a high end store knowing what you want and what you want to pay and being pampered the entire time. My salesman Shawn was beyond excellent. I went to Byerly Nissan first and almost bought a Rogue but didnt because they only had a couple to choose from and I had to settle. Shawn took me on a golf cart and we rode around for 20 min looking at at least 50+ new rogues in every color... Every option.. Everything. It was like going to a clothing store and everything is your size you just have to pick a color. When it came to "the deal" I left happier than I thought I could ever be and got a deal better than what I intended on getting when I was at home punching in numbers to see how much I wanted to pay.. I paid less and got 0% interest. There wasnt a hard negotiating process becasue they arent commission based. He didnt care if I got the car for $1 he wanted me happy with what I was buying. It was epic! The finance part was the same. Smiles all around. Mr. Collins explained every single form in detail before I signed it pointing out what was on form on every line. Everyone knows when you buy a car there is a lot of paperwork to sign and you never look at the paperwork you just sign it and less youre finical And actually read every form Word for Word. When I signed the documents I knew what I was signing and what it meant and unlike Oxmoor, who makes you sign away your legal rights by signing a form saying you wont sue them when you realize they screwed you over (ps I bought a new Hyundai from Oxmoor Hyundai only to find out they sold me a new Hyundai that had been in a collision that was moderate to severe involving a car hitting the car I bought in the passenger side doing substantial damage and they did not disclose that to me). BUY FROM COLLINS. See Shawn or go see Randy Blevins. You will not regret it!

After a 12 day road trip from Houston Texas my wife and I were on our way back home. About 10 miles outside of Louisville our a/c stopped blowing cold and it was scorching hot outside. We still had over 500 miles to our next destination and we had no idea what was wrong with the a/c. It was 4:30 in the evening and we were days away from anything familiar. We looked up the closest Nissan dealership to see if they could see what was wrong with our a/c and we came across Collins Nissan. They said they could not guarantee they would be able to get to us because it was close to closing time and we were still 30 minutes away. We finally arrived at closing time and we hoped for the best. They allowed us to pull the car in and they stayed late to check for the problem. While there we were greeted by multiple employees from sales associates (not trying to sell us anything just seeing how we were doing) to service techs and more. Finally after an hour the service manager let us know that our a/c compressor clutch was toast and that he could not order the part until the next day because of how late it was. He charged us half of the normal diagnostic fee because of our situation and was very apologetic that he was unable to do more. Little did he know, the fact that he went above and beyond what we even thought he would do was more than we could ever have expected. Fortunately we were able to find a dealership at our next location that had the part in stock and agreed to match Collins quote when they came over $400 more on their quote. We were very appreciative for their exceptional customer service and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Louisville area (or passing by as well). Thank you for your kindness, -Houston travelers in need-

Customer service is terrible! 2015 Murano should not be sitting in a pile of oil in the garage after having an oil change 10 days ago. We have one vehicle and I now have to cancel picking up my grandchildren an hour away because Im waiting on Service department to call me back. A company this size should have customer service covered during lunch breaks. Lunch is over and Im still waiting. I sure miss Sam Swope! The small details make all the difference! Update: after my husband called from Afghanistan, I got a callback. Because it was uncertain how much oil leaked, Collins had the car towed, at their expense, to be certain there would be no further damage. I greatly appreciate that. Turns out the oil plug was loose and I actually did not loose as much oil as I and the tow driver suspected. The tow driver from Suburban was great and we kept most of the oil off my freshly cleaned and sealed driveway. Once Collins did return my call and we got things moving, they were very nice regardless of my frustration. I will pick up car in morning. A quicker service response could have allowed me to drive the car the five miles, the plug fixed, and both parties would have had a much better day with less expense. Im satisfied with the outcome and have only one suggestion. Hire more service people to answer phones during meetings and lunches.

Abu at Collins Nissan makes buying a new car fun! I first bought a Nissan Murano from Collins Nissan in 2010 and was very happy with the overall experience. I loved my car but was involved in a traffic accident that totaled the car in February. So, needing a new car, I visited Collins again where one of their sales associates, Abu, greeted me and showed me the latest Muranos. Since I like to shop around, I told Abu that I was looking at a competitive brand, so he prepared a comparison of features between the Murano and the other car. Abu is very knowledgeable about all the features, is fun, and once we made our final decision to get another Murano, was very helpful in getting the paperwork completed. He also spent extra time going over some of the new technical aspects in the newer Murano which I really appreciated.

I had a very poor experience with the management (not salesperson) as I was looking to buy a vehicle at another Louisville Nissan dealership so i headed out to Collins Nissan. I read the reviews online, many mentioning Abu, so I asked for him and was not disappointed. He was friendly, knowledgable and no pressure through any of the experience. Additionally, the management and pricing were also a very easy, positive experience. No ruthless negotiation tactics or trying to squeeze in a dozen hidden fees. Everything was upfront, honest, and fair. It was certainly the best car buying experience Ive ever had from start to finish.

We bought our first brand new car right off the showroom floor from this great dealership. Their kids room made the buying process so much easier with 2 little kiddos! Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didnt have to deal with the rain. He was super knowledgeable about each product, all the options, and upgrades. The finance department made purchasing a breeze! Finally we had a dealership wanting to sell us a car rather than making us jump through hoops to get it! I will highly recommend Collins Nissan to any and everyone!!
