This place is absoultely TERRIBLE !!!!!! The manager is not fit to work with the public. They call themselves a 99 super discount store when some of the items are more the 99. I bought a product that was 6.99 and trusted that the product would work; It didnt work. When I returned the item, with the receipt, the woman (manager) not only refused give me a refund, she also refused to to issue me store credit. THIS STORE IS HIGHLY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY !!!!!!! If you need to go to a REAL dollar store, go to Dollar Tree where the have better products and everything is actually $1.00.

Ive been shopping at this store for years now, more then I can remember. Iva never EVER had a complaint. Me and many of the neighbors here at Freeport shop here and the workers there are always going out of their way to help us. The items there are priced very reasonably at times im shocked at how cheap and good quality of a product I walk out with from there. Especially holiday supplies are, I have to say, the best! 5 stars hands down!
