VERY poor customer service. I bought a couch almost two months ago. Sales associate said it was in stock, but neglected to mention that stock means that delivery time will be 2 weeks from request as it comes from Minnesota. For an item in stock, who would think it would be 2 weeks to get something, and then charge $ 89.00 for the privilege of waiting. She was in a hurry to sell it, and didnt think that was important. I called delivery center, they said their computers were down, and would call me back. Another delay of 3 days. Be VERY careful to ask all the questions that from another company might seem unimportant. Nice couch -- poor customer service.

I never actually bought anything from here, but I go here from time to time to look at all the things I cant afford. The furniture is outrageously expensive, but its also obvious that its extremely high quality and will probably last you a lifetime. If you have deep pockets, this is probably the right place to empty them. The staff are helpful and everything on display can be ordered in every fabric and color imaginable.

We couldnt be happier with our experience at Room and Board, We bought a sofa, chairs, desk and entertainment center. We live out of the delivery area and had to make some special arrangements to get the pieces we ordered but Room and Board came through for us. Sales staff is friendly and courteous . Very friendly staff and great selection of modern and classic furniture. They have a lot of space and they fill it with a great selection and variety of styles and textures. Its three levels, so you could easily make a day trip out of it.

I was excited to see R&B move to the WestSide with this new flagship store. All in all I think it is fantastic. Some of the looks felt a little "lobbyish" but that is probably just fabric choice. All in all very nice.
