Went to badcock griffin today Sat 6/11/2016 to buy a bed. I told the sales guy I wanted a walk out of the store price. Tax everything. Said he will go get price and he would be back. He came back with a price of 5,500 and some change. And he would deliver for free. So we said we would take it. When he did it again,so we could pay for it it was 5,800 and some change. Really $300 more. He did not even offer to take off 100 bucks to make a customer. They should have sold it for what was quoted. Hay least I got a Im Sorry. But will Shop else where. Thanks

I would advise people not to buy from these people, customer service is really bad since the new manager took over. He couldnt care less about the products they sale the only thing he cares about is their bottom line profit. He is not even willing to work with manufacturers of the furniture he sales.I have always been pleased with all of the purchases, but my warranty was up a few months ago and of course thats when something breaks.

Very bad and rude sales people. False advertisment. Hrs till 6 but closed at 545. I was on way and had 5 minutes to get there. Wouldnt wait and told me to come in morning. If their Web page would have said close at 545 I would have understood. Took my bussiness to farmers furniture.
