When I visited the store I was welcome by the ladies in the store. I met with Adrienne. I knew what I wanted but her customer service skill lacked. I felt pushed around, rushed and like I was bothering her so she could watch her soaps on the tv. When I went to finance my furniture there was no fiancial person at 4:30pm. I left work early to get there for finance to be there. Additionally they told me they could deliver my furniture to my new place that Saturday I moved in. I wanted around all day and afternoon for them. I finally call and so where the delivery guys are?! Adrienne proceeded to tell me that we dont deliver on Saturdays and that she never said that. Which was a lie because she told me it would be delivered on that day that Saturday. That the mirror was the only thing on back order which was fine. She told me that they could deliver the items thats Tuesday by noon. I took off a half day of work to make sure I was home to get the furniture. I waited until 1:30pm and called. She said well can we just reschedule? I told her sternly that I paid for my furniture and this was the second time you jollied me around. If I didnt get my furniture the next stop was a lawyer calling them. Meaningless to say I got my furniture within the hour. Lastly, do not finance through them. You will regret it. Long story short DO NOT SHOP at this facility. It will save you the headache.

OMG! Worst experience of my life! I emphasize my life!!! Worst customer service, Adrienne is so rude inconsiderate and never took accountability for her actions!!! After waiting over a month for my furniture, than they did not show up to deliver the furniture on the time they promised ( they came over an hour later!)which caused me to be late to pick up my daughter from daycare. Adrienne did not care nor take responsibility and kept saying "i have no control... " on top of everything they delivered a completely wrong carpet for my living room! And when i called AGAIN, never did she apologize genuinely and admit all the faults!!! She said they have to re order the correct one and told me it would take two weeks!!! Today is the 20th day and i still have not received my carpet nor a call from them! So I called today asking whats going on with my carpet Adrienne responded saying she doesnt know and after checking she said oh its going to come next week!! which means its going to be over 3 1/2 weeks for my carpet to be delivered. Worst customer service in my life that I have experienced and the way they treat people is beyond ridiculous!!!

Poor customer service and they Lie to sell! I asked her if the coffee table come asembled unlike Ikea and she said "Yes this not Ikea". They call me a while later to pick up the item and next thing i know they show me a Huge box. I told her that i thought everything was going to be assembled , she responded by saying "Ooh its easy asslemble, it dosent come block by block like Ikea ". This is a lie and not fair. I asked for a refund and she said "all sales are final and there is no refunds".She should be telling that to everyone when they purchase something. If i would of known it comes in a box i would just order it online and have it shipped to my door.

Horrible customer service. Took almost a month to get stuff we had at that point made two payments on. The delivered the bed with no rails. Then told us their "truck broke down" they couldnt bring us the rest of the bed for another week. The dining room table bench was damaged in delivery, they told us they would replace it. That was almost eight weeks ago. Have not heard anything. They promise to return calls, but never do. I wouldnt go back there for anything.

Adrienne was wonderful to work with. She took the time to make sure I knew exactly what I was ordering and answered any questions that I had about financing. My furniture was delivered a day earlier than originally scheduled. It is exactly what I ordered and came in flawless condition. The 2 gentlemen who delivered it were professional and very friendly.
