Wish I could give negative stars. We came into the store under the pretense that they were having a "store closing" sale as the sign on their window stated. We later were told that it was a "store moving" sale and even later we saw a billboard that said they were having a "grand reopening". To be fair I was happy with the pricing at the time so I cant complain too much, but I do feel like their advertising is blatantly misleading. We purchased a leather Newport Sectional on January 1st 2012 and were told it it be within 4 weeks. We had a Super Bowl party planned on the 3rd and needed to get it by then. We live in an apartment so space is limited. In order to fit the new couch we sold our old on Craigslist a few days before the Super Bowl in anticipation of the new couch arriving. Not only did it not arrive on time but we had to repeatedly call to get updates. About 3 weeks later we received a call that our couch was in and scheduled a 3 hour window for delivery. I took a half day of vacation to be home for delivery. I didnt hear from anyone so near the end of that delivery window I called the store. They informed me that there was a problem with the delivery and that they received 2 of the 3 parts of the sectional and the third piece was for a delivery to another store. 2 days, and numerous more calls and finger pointing later we finally received the furniture and it was delivered. Around May we noticed difficulty with the reclining mechanism. About a week later the recliner would not close at all and was stuck open. We called the store and they asked that we email them pictures of the issue. I sent the pictures and once again waited. I had to email them numerous times for updates. I called once and was told that the associate that handles returns was out for a week on vacation. Eventually after about 3 weeks they sent someone out. They ordered the part and sent out someone to fix. This entire process took over a month. About a week the same recliner is having the same issue. I emailed them Saturday and havent heard back. I called in just now and apparently my email got marked as read so nobody saw it. Conveniently the guy that handles repairs was not there. I was told to call back tomorrow. Nobody there takes responsibility or ownership.. I did run into one employee name once who was helpful and seemed genuinely concerned. I believe his name was Brandon. Other than that one interaction my entire post sale experience with this company has been horrendous. I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstance.

I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. We purchased a sofa and loveseat on April 3, 2014. We were told that it should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. It is now eight weeks later and we were called and told that the items have been "rushed" and should arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours. During this process my husband and I continually had to call and stop in the store to receive updates on our order. Each time we called or stopped in, we were told our arrival date got pushed back. When we would call about our order we asked to speak to a manager about getting a refund, but no one would ever return our calls. The first time I spoke with Guy (the manager) he told me he would try to rush our order to get it in as soon as possible. At the 5 week mark, we asked Guy if we could receive a refund. He said he would have to check with the owner. The next day the assistant manager , Zane, calls and tells us that we can place a new order on furniture, but we are not allowed a refund (which we agreed to in our contract). At that time Zane told us that if our items do not arrive within 8 weeks we will be issued a refund. At the seven week mark we still hadnt heard anything about our furniture arriving and spoke to Brandon who sold us our furniture. He also told us that after 8 weeks we should be issued a refund that should take effect in 4 to 7 business days. Thursday, May 29 is the last day of the 8 week period. Guy told us we would not receive our furniture until Friday. When I told him I would like a refund since they did not fulfill their 8 week contract promise, Guy refused and told us they would NOT issue a refund. I was also told that the contract I signed was "non-binding" and that it would not hold up in court. We were verbally offered free delivery by Guy. We will see if that happens when our items are "supposed" to arrive on Friday. Avoid this place like the plague. IT IS SHADY, THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SHADY.

My family and I decided to visit Premier Furniture Outlet this past weekend to see what the "up to 60 percent off" sale was about. We found out about this place from a billboard while we were actually on our way to Ashley Furniture off 75th street. After noticing the sign we continued to Ashley Furniture to buy a new sectional and bed set. Being the smart consumer.... we intended on shopping a couple of local stores before buying. After finding a living room set and bedroom set my wife and I could agree on we went to our next location to compare quality and prices. Next stop was Premier Furniture. Upon entering the store a polite gentlemen greeted us and told us about the current offers. I enjoyed their laid back attitude and they were not pushy or following me around asking a million questions. After looking around we saw the exact same bed room set we wanted from Ashley and the exact living room set in their catalog except the only difference is that I saved over $570 total after going to Premier Furniture. Bottom line: No problem with Ashley, but Premier Furniture can get exactly the same furniture for less!!! theyve gain a life time customer. With the extra money my family and I saved we decided to buy a new computer. Thanks Premier Furniture.

Dont buy anything from there stores especially Room Designs in Naperville, IL. They promised to delivery our bedroom furniture by 11/11/16 or 11/12/16. They wrote it on our invoice but we are still waiting for our furniture that we have paid in full. They said they cannot deliver it until its paid in full. We have gone to the store and called numerous times about this issue. They will not provide us with the number of the delivery company they use. They promised to call me before the store closes on 11/15/16 to have delivery on 11/16/16 but they never called. I tried calling the store several times before 7:00 PM on 11/15/16 but they are avoiding my calls. This is horrible way to treat customers especially since I am over 33 weeks pregnant and my young kids and husband have no bed to sleep on. They do not care, I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this store. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. At least now I know why they are closing and have to liquidate. They take your money and give you the runaround. At least we did not order our living room and dining room furniture from this loostore. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them negative stars I would.
