My wife and I have been shopping at this store since the days when it was Garden Ridge and we LOVE it! Cant get enough.. we find ourselves stopping in at least once a week just to see whats new and as a result were completely redecorated our home 3 times in the last 2 years.. Aside from the incredible selection and unbeatable prices weve also grown to love the staff! Theres one associate named Tammy whom we jokingly call her "Aunt Tammy" because after years of shopping with her shes practically family ha She always had the most positive attitude and seems to go above and behind what is expected and that just makes the experience all the more better.. Definitely recommend this place! See you soon Aunt Tammy

I visited this store for the 1st time tonight. All the items were just beautiful and the prices arent bad either. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOWEVER, WAS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT !! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WORKERS ON CELL PHONES WHILE THE LINE IS BACKED UP WITH CUSTOMERS WANTING TO PAY AND LEAVE BUT WERE FORCED TO WAIT BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES. ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS REFUSED TO WAIT AND LAID HIS ITEMS DOWN AND WALKED OUT, AS I MYSELF STOOD IN TOTAL DISBELIEF. ONE WORKER WAS ASKED IF SHE WAS STILL ON BREAK, AND SHE SAID NO BUT WENT BACK TO HER CELL PHONE AS WE WAITED IN LINE. WOW, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! WE DROVE 4 HRS FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I love this store. Its like a wholesale warehouse of all the home goods you can think of. Everything is moderately priced and there is a huge artwork section that is super cheap. Furniture, rugs, patio, kitchen, art, one-off supplies such as furniture pads or hardwood floor repair kits. Its huge and never seems to be crowded. It almost seems like a little secret but its right there in plain site on Rte. 59. I highly recommend checking it out for any home needs.

I was at an At Home in Franklin TN this past weekend visiting family. The store was beautiful and well organized. When I saw that I had one by my own house I was eager to check it out. The Aurora store was a mess. Merchandise on the floor and shoved carelessly on shelves. The whole place looked like it shouldve been a clearance center. Put the entire store at 50% off and Ill be back. No way Im paying full price to sift through such a mess.

My husband and I shop here regularly. This store has an amazing selection and affordable rates. The staff at the Naperville location knows us by name because we are there so often. Tammy the cashier there has been more then exceptional and goes above and beyond to make my decor buying experience an ideal experience. I will continue to shop there every other day!!!

This store is enormous. I went in an hour before close and it wasnt nearly long enough. I didnt even see half the store. Really cute house decor, from adorable furniture, kitchen ware, towels and bathroom supplies, toys, cookware, name it. When I went it was Christmas season so a large portion of the store was Christmas items. Amazing prices.

Great products but a very unorganized showroom, most paintings were damaged in some way and products could be found scattered on shelves or on the floor. EDIT: Bought patio furniture here and have loved it. Average quality, great style, expecting to love it for a couple years:) will buy from here again.

Excellent almost overwhelming selection of all-seasons decor. Mostly great prices. Some lesser quality items so the prices are appropriate. Almost no one in the store to ask questions or reach items on top shelves. Friendly checkers. Well stocked and prices clearly marked so no guessing.

Garden Ridge has a huge selection of home goods. The store is the size of Meijer and the selection is unbeatable. Yes, there arent a lot of employees wondering around to assist but you cant beat the one-stop-shopping experience for home goods. Check it out.

I was told about this store by a friend and honestly the only impressive thing was the selection of items!! Prices werent that great. Alot of stuff was unmarked, and when I found out what the price was..it was upsettingly higher then what I would think.

This store is very poor. I visited one in RI and it was neat and clean. I expected the same from this store. I was so wrong. Everything was shoved on the shelves, and it made it very hard to shop it. It looks like they never clean this place.
