I called on a Saturday to get some basic pricing on the phone. They gave me the info right away, no issues. After I got out of work I came in to view the mattresses and they remembered I called! They showed me up exactly what I asked for. They did let me know of other offers, which I ended up talking advantage of. I also purchased a box spring and mattress cover. I got a great price and they even help ed me load it in the truck!

I hate that they are on every corner. Its a mattress store, not a convenience store. Their return policy is Awful. You have to pay a large chunk of money to return a crappy mattress. I paid $150 for a mattress, they wanted $75.00 to come pick it up; they will not accept returns at the store.
