Be aware of their return policy! Awful experience from the beginning. We are expecting and after my baby shower, I received quite a few gifts outside of my registry. These were things that I didnt need, like or I would ever bought for our newborn. I came to the store with 3 gift receipts and a few items with no receipt. The sales consultant first wanted to do everything into a transaction, with no receipt for all the gifts I had, but they would of priced matched to the lowest price each item I wanted to return, so I asked to be refunded based on the receipt for the items I had and separate for those that I dont have one. After weve done that, I received 4 separate gift cards that I could use in store. The last receipt came with a message from The Retail Equation which warned me that I could possibly may not be able to return or exchange things in the future and for more info to contact this 3rd party company. Didnt paid much attention at the time. After a couple of days, I came to buy whatever things I really needed and I accidentally grabbed a NB size for an item not a 0-3 months. Next day I came back for an even exchange and I was denied as this is what the system showed. The manager just physically gave me the item and did an exchange, but I would never consider Baby"R"US for further purchases considering I could never return or replace a damaged or unwanted product. Worst experience ever. Go to BuyBuyBaby or Target, they just lost a new customer.

I have had problems with this BabiesRUs twice now. For one, its a smaller store so they dont carry nearly as much as the larger stores do... Theres really limited choices. I find myself having to shop online and then come to the store for exactly the item Im looking for otherwise I know that Ill miss out on seeing certain items. For two, their staff seems to never want to pick up the phone. I just called there three times in a row for an item lookup and I waited the full amount of time before the call disconnected from the hold music. How can you run a business if you dont want to interact with customers? I was also in there today to pick up a "great trade in coupon" and decided to buy a few items. When ringing out, the poor boy behind the register took OVER ten minutes for me to buy five outfits. What his hangup was I have no idea, but he was extremely lacking in speed! Overall Ill go back there because what else are my options... But seriously Shorewood BabiesRUs, get it together.

The staff on the floor were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to resolve the issue I was having. But on the other hand, the store manager (Amy Novelli) is a complete joke. She never looked at me when she came to "help". She was rude and had absolutely zero customer service skills. She walked away without resolving my issue and at one point she started crazy laughing out loud ordering her staff around to get her things. I cant imagine how someone so unprofessional could even hold the stop of a manger. Maria another sales person, was really nice and understanding she was able to fully resolve my issues. She didnt hesitate to come to me and figure out what was going on and she presented with excellent customer service.

I went in to pick up a car seat and stroller for my new grandson. Staff was helpful, but store manager was over the top annoying in trying to get me to open a store credit card. Everywhere I went in the store she was right there insisting I open a card to save money on my purchase. I said no thank you several times. I live debit free.....and Im happy this way. If a customer says no thank you, drop it.

This Location is by far the best! The staff is super friendly, and considering Ive spent a lot of time in that store I should know :) Every time my SO and i have gone in there weve been able to have the same saleswomen, Jaime, take care of us and answer any and all questions we have not to mention shes a mother herself so shes full of advice. Ill definitely be returning for years to come!!!

Horrible customer service. Store is always a mess and no one is around to help you find what you need. Management is a joke and rather stay in back room and not help their guest. One of the worst babies r us I been too!
