This place is a TOTAL JOKE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! They completely lie until you have paid then once you pay you are treated terrible. They lie about when the furniture will arrive. It took almost 1 month to arrive vs the 1 week they told me at the time of purchase. Multiple days i believe they leave their phone off the hook because it is busy all day so it takes forever to even contact them. The delivery service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They scratched all 3 of my tables (1 terribly because they couldnt figure out how to assemble it) and hid from me and covered it with furniture paint and didnt tell me. After it took 3 guys 1 1/2 hours to put my couch, loveseat, recliner, 2 side tables and coffee table together, I signed the form that it was all delivered and when I called to inform them it was scratched the employee literally yelled at me and told me I signed the paper so they will do nothing for me and that it was my fault because I should have inspected all the furniture before signing. The tables do not have a good top coat so they scratch now whenever i put anything on them. I have had the couches for 1 month and it has gone from being very firm to being completely soft and sinking in to the point that I can feel the frame already. This is "supposedly" Ashley Furniture which I know it is not now... I was completely ripped off and they wont even discuss it with me. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER BUYING ANYTING FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND A COMPLETE SCAM! If I was able to not even give them 1 star and post this I would have... Actual rating - THE WORST PURCHASE IVE EVER MADE

Dont buy anything from there. They promised to delivery our bedroom furniture by 11/11/16 or 11/12/16. They wrote it on our invoice but we are still waiting for our furniture that we have paid in full. They said they cannot deliver it until its paid in full. We have gone to the store and called numerous times about this issue. They will not provide us with the number of the delivery company they use. They promised to call me before the store closes on 11/15/16 to have delivery on 11/16/16 but they never called. I tried calling the store several times before 7:00 PM on 11/15/16 but they are avoiding my calls. This is horrible way to treat customers especially since I am over 33 weeks pregnant and my young kids and husband have no bed to sleep on. They do not care, I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this store. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. At least now I know why they are closing and have to liquidate. They take your money and give you the runaround. At least we did not order our living room and dining room furniture from this loostore. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This place is a SCAM!!!!! Ive purchased furniture from Premier Outlet Furniture on February, 2016 in total of $5000. I did return about 70 percent of furniture back in March, everything was unopened in boxes but they never reported this to the financing company and they are still sending me bill for total of $5000 and my current total should reflect around $2000 with them. They are a scam, when I came to talk to them, they have denied that they received furniture back from me. This business should be closed immediately. I need Premier Furniture call the financing company which is Personal Finance and notify them about merchandise that was return so they can reflect that on my bill. I will post this experience on every single review page I possibly. Ive reported them to BBB and will continue reporting them until I will receive some justice. They dont even deserve 1 star.

They commit fraud and are liars. Good riddance, Im glad theyre going out of business! They wont actually deliver your furniture but they will keep your money. When disputing credit card claims, be prepared for harassment from Sharuq. They will lie and tell you your spouse wants you to stop disputing, even though you know they didnt. Theyll act like they did everything, and even offer you a refund only to rescind it later. They are quite possibly the worst human beings I have ever dealt with.

BUYER BEWARE- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place is a trap. You will not get your product for MONTHS. I never write reviews but people really need to be warned. I wish I had googled it before going. Its a nice, clean store with friendly people but the actual business is total garbage. DO NOT GO HERE
