Just wow possibly the worst experience at a retail store iv ever had period .... Well we were paying for our groceries at the self checkout we paid with snap and it got approved the self check machine froze and they had to reboot it . Well they tried to say that the transaction didnt go through but it did (we checked our balance and it took the 26 dollars of groceries out) . We called link 3 seperate times in an hour of arguing with them the guy from link even told the manager that the 26 dollars for groceries was already taken out and the transaction went thru . We still werent able to leave with our groceries they kept on insisting on us paying for our groceries again as they said this like 3 times . I kept saying we already paid 26 bucks for the groceries and even the guy from link was telling them that . So pretty much spent 26 buck of our link money and an hour of arguing and left with no groceries its ridiculous . Id give this 0 stars if I could .

Every single time I come here I find expired and rotting food. Over a month ago I spoke to a manager, last week I spoke to an associate, today I couldnt find anyone so I just took it off the shelf myself and put it in the housing section in hopes an associate will look and not put it back! Today I found two ripple milks expired in October, and some rotting organic squash. last week the organic tomatoes were covered in green mold. Theres always expired yogurt. They never restock the archer farms chicken pesto pizza and always out of organic valley mozzarella string cheese.

Typical Target with a well-stocked grocery store. Its part of a strip mall with some other shopping & food options. REVISED REVIEW: Dropped from 4 to 2 stars. Ever since this location installed automated checkout booths, the horribly understaff the checkout lines and only have half the automated ones turned out. Waiting to pay for my purchase is like standing in a 70s era USSR queue. Its worth driving a few extra miles to any other target in Schaumburg or Hoffman Estates to avoid this one.

Out of all the targets in a 30 mile radius, this is definitely the worst Target. All the employees are clueless of their store and coupon policy. They have kept coupons without scanning them. They have exchanged my gift cards earned with empty gift cards. For example , buy 4 tide get $5. They would scan the gift card and then give me an empty one and kept the monied one to themselves. This has happened to me EIGHT times at this store.

I went later in the day. And was hoping to get cards against humanity, but they appeared to be out of stock, only having the expansion packs left. So I ask a worker walking by if they have it in the back and she replied hastily saying they dont even carry it. The customer service desk helped me and they did have it, but wow that girl was rude.

Rude customer service. Cashier did not scan a coupon and they said only way to fix it is to refund everything and buy it again. Issue is credit doesnt go back on a card for few business days. They advertise 10 percent off Sunday everywhere but then give issues when people want to use it.

I just bought yoplait Greek 100 yogurt from this location on July 7th. Today July 10th I was about to eat my yogurt and the exp date on the yogurt was July 4th. So target is selling expired yogurt. Be careful. Make sure you check the dates. I thought I didnt have to. Lesson learned

Reserved a repackaged PS4 for 24 hours. In less than 24 hours, this a**hole I know told them I cant buy it (which wasnt true, I was gonna buy it), they authorized him to falsely speak on our behalf and he bought it. They said the best they can do is give us 10% off any game. BS.

What can I say? Its a pretty typical target. Setup is normal for what Im used to. Electronics on left side, grocery on right side. None of that goofy "electronics section in back middle of the store". Good deals and clean store as usual. Love Target.

I waited on the phone for 28minutes to find out if one item is in stock... when they told me yes I went to the store and it was on display as hot new item in plain sight. I was just shocked... Worst phone service ever. Only 0 works also.

This Target location always has a very tiny selection of brand items in stock, I normally end up going to the Meijer on Randall Rd or the Walmart on Randall Rd to find the items I need. I think its a shame, could be a nice Super Target.

You can get lost in this Huge store best one Ive been in so far and found some great clearance sale items that i couldnt pass up.You have to really look for the bargains but they are there and i cant wait to come back when in the area.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service desk is also friendly. The only problem is getting checked out. Just like all big stores you get caught waiting at the checkout line.

Pretty standard Target but this one now has self-checkout so getting in line behind two people with full carts of groceries when you only need to buy one item will be far less of an inconvenience.

I normally do my grocery shopping here as well as buying my cleaning supplies. Target carries a wide variety of items, both perishable and non-perishable goods. I like that its a one-stop shop.

The two pharmacy workers were overloaded with the amount of people that came in at once. Other than that, it was an okay store, and appreciate the gift cards for flu shots.

Generally clean store. Has in store star bucks which i frequently go to. Sometimes choose this store because of starbucks for a quick grocery shopping trip .

This is favorite Target, because it has my favorite (CVS) pharmacy ever. The pharmacy is filled with wonderful, helpful people/staff. 5 Stars all the way.
