The prices here are first off ungodly. Their whole mattress buying experience is a gimmick if Ive ever seen one. Having as much experience as I do with mattress shopping I can tell you one thing. The doctor that developed that sleep diagnostic chamber is cashing in on screens and fancy vibrations just to act as a means to get you to spend even more on a mattress. If it pairs you up with the perfect mattress like Harry Potter and the wand shop, how come the sales rep was only directing me to mattresses that were well above the one thousand range, yet the same comfort came from one of the ones around 800 and he said nothing when I said "this seems good." "Mhmm..." "Is the warranty the same on this one? Oh there are cheaper ones that you cant even sample?" Also value City had very similar mattress options for half, and Im not kidding about being half, of their cost. And Value City is STILL marked up. Their selection looks very impressive, Ill give them that. And the sofas were far nicer than anything you could find at value City. But lets be real here. How come you have everything at this 25% off sale, but youre still spending over 4k on a sofa with I admit, some bells and whistles, but nothing so crazy that the sales rep herself even said it isnt the best you have to offer? I believe you get what you pay for. But that doesnt mean you should have to constantly dump out your entire wallet to find something quality. In conclusion and to summarize, good selection but absolutely not worth their mark ups. Hustlers.

This place is very nice to look at, and nice collection, but that is IT Just a few facts/Issues to start with : 1. poor customer service, it seems they work on commission. We were working with one sales associate, when he stepped away for one min, another one came by, when we told her that we already were working with someone, she gave us such a cold unwanted feel and attitude, that I cant even describe her. 2. Beware of their deceptive practices, they have different schemes, would not tell you what it means, will expect you to read pages of documents before signing where as you would only be provided the documents after you sign and then you stuck with the furniture. 3. They think their sales representatives are very open and explain everything to the customer, but why would they.. if it goes against the sale. Its a conflict of interest. GO FIGURE. We ordered a power recliner sofa and love seat, our agent ordered non power love seat. Always customers fault, since they dont understand the codes they used on the order. I had to pay 300$ including deliver fees to have them take the seat i never wanted, when we declined to accept the furniture the deliver folks would not leave without us accepting. All I would say is stay away from this place. Read everything and do not trust the sales associate at all. Also record every conversation if you can to prove your point. This is the first place where I was literally told. "Customer is always wrong and the business is always right" NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN

Went to Naperville location to look at bed sets and mattresses for our new home. The woman helping us with the bedroom sets was very nice and helpful (event though the sets were very over priced and werent sold as "sets"- every piece sold separately). However, if you even attempt to look at a mattress, get ready to waste about an hour of your life with an overbearing, pushy, and obviously commissioned mattress salesman. They put you on this "scientific sleep machine" thats basically a prequel to a justification for them to push a 5k mattress pitch on you. The guy talks over you and refuses to take no for an answer or allow you to browse mattresses on your own. I had to almost yell at the guy to let us leave after telling him several times that the mattresses he was pushing on us were out of our price range. My husband and I were so fed up at that point that we just walked out of the store and didnt get the bedroom set. Went to a different furniture store, had a wonderful experience, and bought the set/mattress there. At a significantly reduced price! Will never go back to an Art Van. Im normally not one to get frustrated with sales associates. I know theyre just trying to pay bills. But the high pressure sales tactics and overall dismissal of the mattress needs I was trying to portray was just too much.

I placed a special order and I bought fabric protection for a single piece. Next day I came back and wanted a refund on the protection plan. They said they would do it but did not give a receipt. I had to ask for one. Two weeks passed and I did not get a refund. I had to go back to the store and said since they didnt bother to refund my money to put it towards my delivery. They said they would call Monday to confirm that would happen. Then I spoke with manager Iesha and I asked her why nobody called me and where is my money. She said no one took care of it and it would take another week to get my one year back. She said she had to find out what happened and why no one was taking care of it. She called back and said I apologize for the inconvenience and that delivery would be free. I then called back about my delivery time which says on the invoice 3-5 weeks. She said it would take 8-10 weeks. Today is going to be the third week and I am still not sure if my delivery is going to be free for all the headaches Ive had here. This is the worst furniture store located in Naperville, Il.

Very poor customer service, I ordered a two piece sectional from there and had scheduled to have it delivered the day I moved to my new apartment, I got a call the morning of delivery asking me if I ordered a sectional in two different colors, I refused delivery until they could get it right. I called the store to try to work out having the correct couch delivered, they said they would call me back in 30 minutes, over two hours passed before I called them back, got the same run around answer that they would call me back, never did, so I ended up using my lunch break at work to goto the store to get it worked out. They were not helpful and made it seem like it was my fault that they ordered the wrong piece,they need to double check that everything is correct. They offered me an additional 5 percent off, it has been over a month and I have not received a check in the mail.

This place is rip off, be careful to buy anything from them, they make a false commitment for financing, i bought around $7000 stuff from them and they promised me it would be 84 months financing but when i received my statement it was only for 6 months, since then I have been calling them, the sales person hashmi and his manager chris beric promised every month that they will change terms but they never did and now 6 months is over and i m paying interest. Recently they informed me that they can not do anything, only synchrony bank can fix it when i call bank they informed only store can do that not bank. Trust me they can do anything to close the sale,worst customer service, lier staff. Picture of their commitment is attached herewith as a proof. Never ever will go there.
