Over 3 months since we purchased a $3.5K sectional and we still dont have a complete piece of furniture in our home. Weve been sitting on two non-connected pieces while 2 other pieces that were delivered damaged take up space in our home. They refuse to remake all new pieces (this would ensure color matches due to differences in dye lots from one roll of fabric to the next) and they still havent replaced the two pieces they claimed theyd replace. We havent heard from them in a month and a half. Not a fan of Sleez-y-boy anymore and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Very good service. Good buying experience. The furniture is great so far. I would avoid using their 0℅ financing though. They issue you a credit card and put the charges on it. This would be fine except they did not send us any statement despite asking several times. We knew the first payment was due soon so we called and made the payment over the phone. It seems shady, as if they want you to miss a payment which of course would incur penalties and invalidate the 0℅ deal. So beware if you do use it.

All I can say is know your prices. My furniture changed prices by more than $2600.00 for a couch and love seat with in s 48 hour period. If you see the price on line cheaper within 30 days of buying your furniture make sure you print documentation and then prepare for an argument at the store. Their pricing policy states they will give you any difference within 30 days of buying furniture but you have to be persistent to get the refund. I would never buy from them again based on this experience.

Horrible customer service! We bought a couch (not custom) and they wouldnt return it within the 48 hour window so we were suck with it even though it didnt leave the store. They wouldnt ship it to a new address since we had to give the couch away. They are holding the couch we paid and wont deliver it. Do not buy from them!
