DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Awful customer service, never got our furniture after 3 months, was deducted on our refund of our down payment for NO REASON. We had ordered 2 recliners from this store before. Got them delivered and they arrived covered in grease. Had them replaced. Less than 6 months later, one had holes in the seat of it. Had it fixed. The store didnt scotchguard the new piece like they were supposed to. Now we have waited 3 months on our current order and finally cancelled. I filed a complaint with the BBB because it has been so bad. Believe it or not, the response I got from th We were told there was a nationwide problem with fabric after WE called them after over 30 days. We were never notified from them. We would call and check on the status and there would be no record of our ticket. I recently found out that was because they put our ticket in backwards. We always dealt with the same person everytime we went by the store or called. You would have thought he would have fixed it after having the first problem finding it. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. The response I received so far was written by the store manager that weve had the problems with this whole time. In his response he told nothing but LIES. This store is horrible. Take your money and go somewhere else. You can spend a lot less money for something thats just going to get holes in it fast or heck for something you will never get anyways. This store does not even deserve one star for a rating. I just cant express how bad this store is. The manager shouldnt even be allowed to work with customers.

Very disappointed in them. I ordered a couch and loveseat on Feb. 25th and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I questioned why it took so long, I was told they had to build the items. I think that is ridiculous! A company this large and prominent in the industry ought to have some stock in warehouses. I didnt complain, but I thought that was silly. Then, the 4 weeks went by, the 6 weeks went by and I sold my current furniture to make room for my new stuff. Another week went by and I called them on April 15 to find out the status. I was told that one piece was there and the other had been made and was going to be shipped to them on Monday. They would deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, my wife (who was thoroughly mad) called and they said that it would go out on Saturday, the 23rd. They said they would call when it was on the way. I called about noon wanting to know the status and they said that it would be delivered between 12:00 and 4:00 Saturday (today). I told him that, if it was 4:01, I was refusing delivery and would come to the store to get my money back. Well, they came about 2:00. The guys who delivered it was very nice and set it up okay. They did forget one piece and drove back to the store and retrieved it. It is setup now and looks nice. However, the process was ridiculous. My daughter and husband just bought a large sectional couch from Rooms To Go and it arrived in 2 weeks. Lazy Boy can do better than that!

Recently went and ordered the Sinclair Sectional, were told it would have to be ordered since we wanted to flip the pieces around. They dont offer a discount if you pay cash so we financed. After we were approved the salesman then mentioned all orders have to have 25% down, which in my mind should have been mentioned PRIOR to the credit pull as we would have just paid for the whole thing via debit card. Since we werent sure if it would fit, we ordered and told them we would call them the following day to confirm. We called the next day and told them to go ahead and order ONLY to discover that 5 days later they called asking us if we were still ordering? Apparently, they "forgot" to order the sectional. If they cant remember to order furniture, one could only imagine what else could go wrong. We asked for our 25% down back and said we would just shop somewhere else. NO MANAGER ATTEMPT TO SAVE THE SALE. Needless to say, we should get our refund in 12-14 business days. UNREAL.

Thank you, Mat Sumlin, for excellent customer service! My husband bought me the Maveric Reclina-Glider chair at the La-Z-Boy in Montgomery back in Nov 2013. My father-in-law fell in love with my chair and we have been trying to deal with the Montgomery store but they are rude, not helpful, not customer oriented at all. We wanted to give him this chair so badly for his 89th birthday...I called 6 locations and no one was willing to help me or sell off their showroom floor. Lucky call number 7 to the Mobile store...and talking to Mat...my wish came true! He was helpful, responsive to my need, courteous...and genuinely just GREAT! We drove from Montgomery to Mobile, he had the paperwork waiting and the chair ready to go. Thank you, Mat! My father-in-law is sitting comfy today...couldnt have made that happen without you! We will be back to see you if and/or when we want to purchase from La-Z-Boy again! Judi Reynolds

Thanks so much to LaZboy! I have had a wonderful experience. At first my two reclining chairs didnt arrive up to par. I contacted the manager, Kenneth, and he went above and beyond. Unfornately, the chairs I had bought were discontinued. I could not believe that they built me two brand new recliners anyway! I got to keep the old ones until the new ones came in. If a problem arrises, they sure know how to fix it. I couldnt ask for better customer service. Will definitely buy from LaZboy Mobile in the future. My two recliners and my couch are a wonderful addition to my new home. I recommend anyone who wants wonderful customer service and excellent quality furniture to look into LaZboy!

Store charged my credit card twice for a purchase. Once on day that we picked the furniture up, the 2nd charge 5 days later. Wanted me to sign another invoice and return it. Pulled copy of my invoice out (with my husbands signature), noted that it had a different transaction number on it. It is now going on 5 weeks and the issue is not resolved. They do not want to talk to me, return my calls or return emails. I was told that the manager authorized the transaction to my credit card (without my authorization or signature). Seems pretty sketchy. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have disputed it with my credit card company.

My husband and I just moved back to Mobile and had to start fresh! La-Z-Boy was there every step of the way!! Everyone I worked with was so helpful. I now have a great sofa, recliner and entertainment center. I thought I would be overwhelmed by all the options available but the interior designer put me at ease and helped me narrow down to just a few fabric ideas. They even gave me suggestions on colors to paint my wall. Now my whole room has come together! My husband even got to take a nap in a recliner on the showroom floor while I decided on fabric options.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent visit to the Mobile, AL store and ultimate purchase. We have done business with Steve Schrelweis before with wonderful service and follow-through. This trip, Steve was busy, so the store manager, Kenneth Wells took care of us. Kenneth took all the time needed to understand our needs, help us find exactly what we were looking for and gave us a great deal to boot. We heartily recommend the store and especially, Kenneth and Steve to all who are considering a La-Z-Boy furniture or decorating solution.
